An open, generously light-filled interior design with a comfortable, harmonious and stylish interior in soothing tones of sand, white, taupe and turquoise blue. The living area is 146 square meters, spread over 2 floors, which can accommodate 6 people. The spacious main room on the ground floor with integrated, fully equipped kitchen including large island (with two cozy bar stools) and a fireplace in the living / dining area, invites you to eat and socialize.

The large, floor-to-ceiling patio windows on the entire south side of the house provide a wonderful view of the harbor cinema and access to the large sun terrace.

A bathroom with shower, toilet and large storage sink and a utility room with washing machine, dryer and sink complete the ground floor.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms (2x with large double bed, 1x with two single beds that can be arranged as desired) and spacious built-in wardrobes with integrated 40 inch flat screen TVs.
