Welcome to Scottsdale Serene Escape.  Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in North Scottsdale, and is walking distance to groceries, coffee, and restaurants.   The unit is located on the ground floor and just steps away from the community pool.  Some of North Scottsdale's most popular destinations are just minutes away!

The Signature Community has lush landscape throughout to provide plenty of shade when you need it and sun when you don't!  There are 2 community pools (one is heated), a community spa, BBQ, and putting green.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.
Pet friendly. We accept up to 2 dogs. There is an Additional $45 fee per dog, and guests must agree to a Pet Addendum.

Convenient Condo

Positives: close to everything - food, shopping, golf, frwy, etc. Kitchen nice and clean, well stocked. Full size W/D. Nice shower. Negatives: Unit is next to busy road. Loud during day, dies a bit at night. Unit has a very small hot water heater. Couldn’t take a 20 minute hot shower - it went cold. We were 3 people staying here. Owner needs to be made aware that all tile floors need steam cleaned. MBath floor looked very unhygienic so much we layed towels down to walk. Condo is OK. Bed is memory foam. Pillows need replaced. Based on water heater and road noise we’ll pass on future booking.

Lovely condo!

Everything A1! Upon leaving we checked under bed for belongings. Found none but the dust underneath appeared to have been there for a long time. All furnishings lovely, and well maintained. Kitchen very well appointed.

Great Location!

We had a great time in Scottsdale. It was a great location for all of our activities. There is a strip mall with groceries, Starbuck's, restaurants, etc. with a half block. The unit itself is very well kept and literally has everything you need for amenities which was very impressive. Good Life Vacations was great and is very quick to respond to any concerns, which is refreshing.

Very Classy Condo at an Affordable Price

Everything was top notch and best we have ever had. Just two suggestions. The floor of the wall-in and tub showers are a little slick. A shower mat would make it perfect. Need a few more forks and knives as we were constantly washing!! But this was a perfect place and close to Mayo for our daughter.

Great Place

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was very spacious, clean, and in a great location close to everything. After I figured out the door lock app it was easy to lock and unlock when I needed to leave. I also appreciated the stainless steel pot for cooking.

Quiet and comfortable

Stayed here for 5 nights after a medical procedure. Condo was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the recently updated kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was clean and well kept. Location is great with grocery within walking distance and several restaurants as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us

Property is great, just as listed. Updated, clean, and we’ll stocked. Walking distance to two grocery stores and great restaurants. Management is very responsive. We would stay here again no doubt.

Perfect Location

The purpose of our stay was to go to the Mayo clinics in Phoenix and Scottsdale. This location is about 10 minutes from each location. You can walk next door for shopping. The condo is comfortable and the location feels safe. All our needs were met well.
