Country house with 3 apartments in the middle of an olive grove - peace and relaxation

3 comfortable holiday apartments with 90m² terrace, grill, satellite TV, internet access, large living-dining room with fridge, stove, (dishwasher in large apartment) bathroom with modern design. 2 minutes from the museum village Buscemi in the Iblei mountains at an altitude of almost 800m. Embedded in the nature reserve, framed by countless hiking and trekking trails. Mountain bikes are also available (for a small fee). Bathing in the waterfall of Cava Grande only 25 min. away. Enjoy the peace and relaxation. You can completely relax here undisturbed. You can start hiking through Pantalica directly from the house or drive or go to the nearby town of Palazzolo Acreide (UNESCO World Heritage Site). With its own 8x4m pool only for our guests and sun terrace by the pool. Each apartment has its own large terrace and private area.

Friendly, remote, clean, Swimming pool requires a cover. Sign of location for turn off when first arriving. However the owner was very helpful. Beautiful remote location with stunning Mulberry trees. Accommodation excellent apart from low ceiling in bedroom

Beautiful little hamlet

We absolutely loved this little place. Peaceful and relaxing but within reach of amenities. Our apartment had everything we needed for our stay the views were stunning Giuseppina was a knowledgable host who left us to relax but was available if we needed him. We would definitely return to this little piece of heaven.

Amazing place for beauty and tranquility

The most relaxing place to stay! Peace and tranquility, nearly 800m above sea level, where the noisiest thing is the bees and birds amazing views and super swimming pool. The accommodation was spotless and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need! Highest recommended

Buscemi

We had the entire place to ourselves which was wonderful. The apartment is one of 3 in one building. If you prefer solitude I would consider the house rather than the apartment. That said it is a beautiful location and not a long drive to everything. So nice to visit a tourist town and then return to the solitude. Recommend visiting the Pantalica.

Wer Ruhe sucht.......

....wird sie hier finden. Einziges Geräusch außer dem Wind war das leise Läuten der Kuhglocken im Tal. Die Fewo ist sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche mit ausreichendem Werkzeug bestückt. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit, aber auf unaufdringliche Art. Der Blick über das Tal einmalig. Allerdings ist ein Auto unerlässlich. Der ca. 1 KM entfernte Ort Buscemi (ca. 1000 Einwohner) hat eine super Metzgerei, einen tollen Bäcker, einen winzigen Supermarkt, eine kleine Bar (die in Fahrtrichtung auf der linken Seite) und eine kleine Osteria (Scorsi & Morsi), in der man für 40 € zu Zweit Salat, Pizza, Wasser, Hauswein und Kaffee in durchaus guter Qualität bekommt. Ca. 8 Km entfernt liegt Palazzolo Acreide, ein ca. 8000 Einw. großes Städtchen mit guten Cafes, Restaurants, allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einigen Barockkirchen und den Resten einer altgriechischen Siedlung. Fazit: Wer keinen Rummel braucht und die Ruhe abseits ausgetretener touristischer Pfade sucht wird hier sehr glücklich werden.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in idyllischer Landschaft

Leider war Horst, unser Gastgeber zur Zeit der Anreise erkrankt. Dennoch hat er sich so gut es geht um uns gekümmert und uns wichtige Infos zum Ablauf des Check ins über WhatsApp mitgeteilt. Bei Fragen stand er uns über Whatsapp zur Verfügung und brachte uns ein Vertrauen entgegen was keines Wegs selbstverständlich ist. Der Schlüssel zur Wohnung steckte bereits in der Eingangstür. Wir fanden ein traumhaftes Ferienappartement vor mit allem was man sich für den Italienurlaub wünscht. Eine schöne urige Steinfassade. Rosmarinsträucher im Garten und unzählige andere Kräuter und Obst bei dem man sich bedienen kann. Gasherd mit italienischem Espressokocher. Und ein Gemeinschaftspool den man sich mit drei weiteren Parteien teilt. Nur dort schlafen und sonst die Zeit mit Strandausflügen oder Stadtbesichtigungen zu verbringen wäre zu schade. Mal ein zwei Tage in diesem schönen Landhaus zu verbringen ist Entspannung pur. Man kann sogar frisch gekochtes Essen bestellen nach Absprache. Eine volle Empfehlung!!!

Gîte remarquablement situé

Le gîte est très bien situé, calme, avec vue dégagée, en altitude et donc avec une température agréable, avec une grande terrasse et une belle piscine à disposition. De Buscemi, on peut facilement aller à Syracuse, Noto, Raguse, voire Catane et Caltagirone. Le seul problème est la difficulté à trouver le gîte en arrivant. Sans indications précises, on ne peut pas le trouver...

Appartamento immerso nella natura

Se il tuo obbiettivo è rilassarti e goderti la natura, questo è il posto perfetto per te. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Durante l'accoglienza abbiamo ricevuto abbastanza informazioni utili sui luoghi circostanti da poter visitare. Da tenere in considerazione che non vi è una connessione wi-fi e data la posizione isolata dell'alloggio, non vi è campo. Le casette sono dotate di tutti i comfort. L'ambiente circostante è silenzioso e rilassante, ottimo per staccare la spina. La piscina (condivisa) è comoda per un massimo di 3-4 persone e non oltre. Nel complesso, ci siamo trovati veramente bene.

Wunderschöner Erholungsort mitten in der Natur

Die wunderschöne kleine Ferienwohnung von Horst liegt mitten in der Natur nahe des wundervollen kleinen Orts Buschemi. Ob Entspannen am Pool, Lesen in der Hängematte oder Wein auf der Terasse mitten im Grünen - dieser Ferienort birgt viel Raum für tiefe Erholung. Die Stille, das Panorama, die Olivenhügel, die pure Sonne und das tolle italienische Flair - es gibt so viele Gründe dieses Feriendomizil weiterzuempfehlen. Circa 10 Autominuten entfernt gibt es eine große Auswahl an tollen Restaurants und Cafés. Ausflüge zum Ätna, nach Catania und andere schöne Ziele sind wunderbar möglich. Horst ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich auf jeder Ebene um seine Gäste kümmert und viele großartige Empfehlungen hat. Ein rundum gelungenes Urlaubserlebnis!

Schöne Unterkunft abseits vom Tourismus

Wer die Ruhe sucht und die Natur genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wunderschöne Lage fernab vom Tourismus. Wir hatten einen netten Empfang und bekamen hilfreiche Informationen zu möglichen Ausflügen, Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir empfehlen allen sich einmal von Paola bekochen zu lassen. Köstliche sizilianische Küche zu einem angenehmen Preis. Die komfortablen Appartements bieten alles was man braucht. Man sollte hinzufügen, dass die Appartements in einem Gebäude direkt nebeneinander liegen. Sind alle Unterkünfte belegt ist es mit der Privatsphäre erstmal vorbei. Die Matratzen und das Poolmobiliar bedarf leider auch einem Upgrade. Wir hatten dennoch eine wundervolle Zeit und bedanken uns herzlich bei Horst & Pina

Peaceful place in the beautiful nowhere

We didn't really know where we were going, as we've choosen the place in an strategic attempt to being rather close to the east cost, but not in the middle of everything. We couldn't have chosen better! Our first impression was a bit of surprise, how far off everything this mountainy village was. But what a pretty one. Buscemi is a pearl in the mountain, and nearbey UNESCO heritage town Palazzolo is georgeous and provides everything you need. Horst and Josepina welcomed us so nicely and have created a fantastic space for friendly travelers to enjoy their peaceful time. We were lucky and the first nights we were the only guests in the 3-appartments setup. The other half, a friendly couple was our neighbour, which was also really nice. It was very hot these days, so we weren't willing to make real plans. Otherwise we'd really have enjoyed the offerings of Horst of a quad tour, or also to make use of the dinner offering they have there. Instead, we used the very nice grill there to make good BBQ with fish from the sea or local Salsiccia sausage. Just a bit worrying was the last night, in which the other side of the hill was burnt down (apparently intentionally and controlled), and in the next morning we saw that also the road, which would have been the only escape route, also had cought fire. That was quite irritating and in the times of heavy wood fires in sicily, I'd have wished for better communication with the host.

Unterkunft

Entspannte Lage, netter Gastgeber, hat uns abgeholt, uns das „Dorf erklärt“, allerdings muss beachtet werden, das Ausflüge in Nachbarstädte wie Noto oder Syrakus mit mindestens einer Stunde Autofahrt verbunden sind… abends daher etwas schwierig, wenn noch ein oder zwei Wein getrunken wird!!! Im Dorf selbst alle sehr freundlich, vor allem die Salumeria ist zu empfehlen!

Ein Traum!

Suchen Sie Erholung, Ruhe und viel Italien? Dann können wir das Ferien haus absolut weiterempfehlen. Horst (Vermieter) ist sehr hilfsbereit und auch jederzeit erreichbar. Viele gute Tipps von ihm haben wir ausprobiert und wurden nie enttäuscht. Wir werden bestimmt an diesen schönen Ort zurückkehren.

Toller Ort zum Genießen

Sehr saubere und geschmackvolle Ferienwohnungen mit herausragendem Blick auf ein Tal voller Olivenhaine und einem toll gepflegtem Aussenbereich ermöglichen sofortige Entspannung. Der Vermieter Horst ist ein toller Gastgeber, der mit viel Mühe und Liebe fürs Detail dafür sorgt, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Er bietet Quad-Touren zu besonderen Orten in der Gegend an, unbedingt mitmachen, das lohnt sich! Der Ort Buscemi bietet alles für den wichtigsten Bedarf und vor allem eine tolle Kulisse, um das typische Dorfleben sizilianischer Bergdörfer zu erleben. Durch die Lage nahe des Val di Noto ist jeder Ort in der Umgebung einen eigenen Besuch wert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Amazing property

What an amazing place,we loved every minute in this wonderful property. Horst and Pina made us so welcome and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Horst 's quad bike tour was the highlight of our fortnight we highly recommend it. The apartment is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything that you need and the pool is perfect. Hope to go back next year

Perfekte Lage für Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber

Für unseren Kurzurlaub in Sizilien hätten wir uns keine schönere und besser gelegene Unterkunft vorstellen können. Mitten in den Olivenhainen, in absolut idyllischer Ruhelage befinden sich die wunderbaren Apartments von Horst, die pure Gemütlichkeit sind und alles bieten, was man braucht. Horst ist ein super Gastgeber, der sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht ist und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung parat hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus inmitten noch schönerer Natur

Das Ferienhaus liegt total ruhig und schön in einem Olivenhain am Berghang. Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es liegt sehr gut für Ausflüge sowohl nach Norden als auch nach Süden. Wir würden gerne wieder hinfahren.

Exzellentes Gesamtpaket - einfach toll gemacht

Die Anlage mit insgesamt drei Appartements liegt im idyllischen Nirgendwo. Wer Ruhe mag und Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Bergdörfen Buscemi gleicht einem sizilianischen Dörfchen aus dem Bilderbuch, die Appartements sind sehr geschmackvoll und qualitativ auf "deutschem Niveau" eingerichtet. Klein und fein, aber sehr niveauvoll. Kurzum: ein tolles Gesamtpaket, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très beau panorama. Accueil chaleureux. Isolement garantie.

Vue superbe dans la vallée, studio avec chambre en mezzanine, mitoyen a un autre studio du même type. Piscine un peu juste si les 3 appartements sont loués en même temps. Endroit isolé, voiture nécessaire et pas de wifi. Hortz notre hôte est très accueillant et est ravi de nous faire découvrir la région. Petit village dans la montagne a 1h de Syracuse et 1h20 de Catane. Très calme et reposant.

Genau das was wir suchten. Ruhe und Entspannung!

Eine sehr schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Bude;) Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir waren sehr begeistert. 100% Natur, Ruhe und Entspannung. Horst und Pina sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zu Empfehlung ist die Quad-Tour mit Horst falls zwischendurch ein bisschen Aktion benötigt wird:) Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Grüße Dani & Arne
