Walk to Eisenhower hospital and the Betty Ford Clinic for those in need. Minutes to El Paseo boutique and entertainment district, plus Palm Springs fun.
Do you like tennis? The BNP Paribas is hosted nearby in Indian Wells. Theater? A mile from the McCallum Theatre and several great independents. THE CONDO:
Three bedrooms each with their own private baths. King size bed in the primary bedroom, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a pullout sofa in the third bedroom/office. The primary bath has a separate walk in shower and a jetted soaker tub. The 1st guest bath has a tub/shower combo and the third bath has a walk in shower.
Comfy furniture throughout. Well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area, plus a separate dining room. We will be adding a few more pieces of art and a new BBQ.
The main terrace faces the lake. Beautiful. Ducks, geese, white and black swans. Always some visual delight. This property is literally steps away from one of the heated community pools and spas with dining table, chaises and seating.
Enjoy soaring ceilings, sexy lighting, a wet bar, and a jetted tub in the primary bathroom.

Ideally we are looking for guests to stay through the entire season, then a minimum of 28 nights at a time during the off and shoulder seasons. Additionally, we prefer not to have check-ins and check-outs on the first or last day of the month, just to ease the pressure on cleaning crews.

Lake Mirage Community:
All guests get to enjoy the stunning grounds and winding lakes of the community. This condo is steps away from the clubhouse where you can enjoy use of the gym, billiards, ping pong, and meeting areas. Also there are plenty of tennis courts and pickle ball courts. While this property has a shared dock, no boat is provided. Meet your neighbors and get treated to a ride!
