Our 68 m² apartment is near Playmobil Funpark 2.0 km, Carrera-World 1 km, Nuremberg Exhibition Center, Nuremberg Center 5 km, Fürth Center 4 km, fun pools, restaurants, cafes, bars and various sports facilities. Bus can be reached in 50m, S-Bahn in 2km. Shopping and shopping opportunities within walking distance. The apartment is on the first 1 floor of an apartment building and has a separate entrance. The apartment is bright, quiet and cozy and extends over two levels. On the lower level there is a bedroom, a large bathroom / toilet and the living room, with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine etc.). A large dining table and a 50 "TV are also included. Above is a small studio with a comfortable double bed, desk and another bathroom / toilet. Garden (child-friendly, with trampoline, swing, etc.), restaurant within easy reach of the baby monitor. WiFi with VDSL. Car parking at the house, ideal for families, couples and business travelers.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfreich. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Great place to stay while in Nuremberg

This property is a really good place to stay if going to Nuremberg. It is a little far from the city center, but is very close to bus transportation that can take you to the U Bahn. If you don’t mind taking public transportation, this property is highly recommended.

Eine sehr geräumige Wohnung, die nichts vermissen lässt. Das herzliche Vermieterehepaar hat auf viele nette Kleinigkeiten geachtet und die Wohnung zu einer idealen Unterkunft für Familien mit bis zu 6 Personen gemacht. Man kann sich auf 2 Ebenen verteilen und hat auch auf beiden Ebenen ein Bad mit Toilette und Dusche. Die Küche ist mit vielen nützlichen Geräten und Teilen ausgestattet, vom Backofen über Spülmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Eierkocher, viel Geschirr und mehr. Durch den separaten Eingang ist man für sich wenn man das möchte. Die Bushaltestelle 25m weiter bietet schnellen Anschluss an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Aufgrund der Geräumigkeit und dem netten Vermieterehepaar kann man die Ferienwohnung nur jeden ans Herz legen.

Super Aufenthalt.

Wie hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Man konnte, zu Fuß, alles erreichen, egal ob Bäcker, Supermarkt oder die Bushaltestelle. Wie sind von hier aus 2 Tage in Nürnberg gewesen und einen Tag im Playmobil Funpark.

Perfect apartment to visit Nuremberg, Rothenburg and Bamberg.

This apartment was very comfortable, cosy and well located. It is located in a close suburb of Nuremberg. And within 1 hour drive to Rothenburg and Bamberg. Easy to communicate with the owners. Nurnberg business convenience

We stayed at this property during a recent trade fair at the Nurnberg Messe. It was perfect for our group of 3 with plenty of common space and comfortable sleeping arrangements. It’s also very close to public transportation which was very easy to use. We really enjoyed the easy 10 minute walk into Zirndorf for beers and dinner. We did not want to leave!

Super angenehme Anbieter und Unterkunft. Gemütliche Wohnung mit Bleibe-Charakter. Sehr gute Privatsphäre, Veranstalter und Familie sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wohnung sauber, alles vorhanden was man für einen langen sowie kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Badewanne, Dusche, große Liegecouch, Staubsauger, großer Esstisch, elektrische Rollos, Parkplatz vor der Tür etc.). In Nürnberg ist man mit dem Auto in 15 min. Fürth ist in ein paar Gehminuten um die Ecke. In 3 Minuten ist man im großen Einkaufsladen Kaufland, Sparkasse ebenfalls da. In der nähe ist noch ein Becker (3 min Gehweg), neben der Unterkunft ist noch ein Lokal mit einheimischen Speisen und Getränke. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Супер дом))

Огромное спасибо за чудесное размещение. Нам очень понравился дом. Было все необходимое. Для детей был батут, игра с собакой, знакомство с курицами и кроликом. В 5 минутах езды на машине был парк развлечений для детей. Магазины в пешей доступности. В самом доме очень тихо. Отдельная благодарность управляющему. Очень вежливый, общительный и доброжелательный мужчина. Мы много путешествуем и точно рекомендуем вам это место.

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es ist super sauber, sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und frische Eier von den Hühnern aus dem Garten gibt es gratis oben drauf. Die Familie ist extrem freundlich, aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Die Kids durften auf's Trampolin und bekamen von der Hausherrin die Hühner und Kaninchen gezeigt. Die Lage ist top, alles in der Nähe, was man braucht, trotzdem ist es ruhig in der Wohnung. Zum Playmobil-Funpark nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto!

Kind Hosts, Convenient, Full of Amenities

The apartment is very comfortable, uber kid-friendly (low bed frames, stepping stool, potty seat, toys), has complete kitchen (our hosts brought us coffee, waters, non-alc beer because we do not drink-so thoughful!) and multiple grocery stores within walking distance, the ability to do laundry with our own washer and dryer was priceless, minutes walk from bakeries, parks, bus stop, gas station and biergarten, ten minute drive or less from Nuremberg, Playmobil Fun Park and train stop. Thirty minute drive to Ansbach. One hour to Rothenberg odt. Private parking makes coming and going easy. The apartment is one of two available with completely separate entrances. A truly independent space above the owners home. Very private. We had the two bedroom, two bath; one bed/bath with shower upstairs and one bed, living room w/bed sofa, kitchen, and bathtub/shower combo w/laundry downstairs. There is storage everywhere even in the hallway /foyer entrance. They provide every possible necessity, down to cleaning supplies, shorter durations than ours would never need for anything. The hosts are very friendly and always ready to assist with recommendations or explanations; we stayed long enough to meet the whole family, and everyone was so kind and accommodating. The backyard was my favorite! Traveling with a two year old is hard, and having a small petting zoo AND trampoline right outside to keep him busy on both clear and snowy days was amazing! He loved the chickens and would check on them every morning. He would take our scraps and feed the ducks at the bridge across the street. He kicked a soccer ball around the yard or would make snow angels! It is gated, so very safe, and such a hidden gem. Cannot say enough great things about both these hosts and this property. Felt like a home away from home, with friendly neighbors. Would stay here again and again!

Toller Kurztrip

Tolle Wohnung. Die Lage ist besonders zu empfehlen. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Aktivitäten um Nürnberg und Umgebung. Die Wohnung selber ist ganz toll Ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

netter Kurzurlaub

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, allerdings war die Treppe zum 2. Schlafzimmer extrem steil und die Stufen unterschiedlich hoch, so dass das sehr anstrengend zu gehen war und für die Kleinste mit 2,5 Jahren sehr gefährlich, vor allem auch, da man keine Tür vor der Treppe schließen konnte. Auch war es während unserem Aufenthalt extrem laut mit Verkehrslärm, was aber wohl an der Baustelle an der Hauptstraße lag so dass viel mehr Autos auf der Straße dort unterwegs waren als normalerweise. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Eintrichtung war auch sehr gut, alles super sauber. Einziger Haken eben die steile Treppe (was man aber auch auf den Fotos schon sieht) und der Verkehr, der aber wohl sonst nicht so ist.

Fast wie zuhause

Die Familie Cristea hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und war uns und den Kindern gegenüber immer sehr herzlich. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in der Region top und wir könnten uns gut vorstellen noch einmal dorthin zu fahren. Besonders unser Ältester hat sich jeden morgen über die hauseigenen Frühstückseier sehr gefreut.
