We had a fantastic time in Deer Valley & Park City. The condo is in decent condition. A little rough around the edges (broken sofa arm, hole in hide-a-bed air mattress, some blinds didn’t work, shower valve a little rickety, etc), but a nice location in a pretty quiet complex. Definitely would stay again, just hoping they take care of some of the little stuff.
The condo was comfortable enough. It was clean and spacious. That said, the condo could benefit from a little TLC. The furniture is dated and the fixtures in the bathroom need to be replaced. The twin beds in the second bedroom were uncomfortable and the furniture in the room was something you would find in a college dorm. The hard water is a bit off-putting especially the residue left on the glasses and silverware. This could probably be alleviated by keeping the rinse aid reservoir in the dishwasher full and running the glasses through a cycle with vinegar . Everything else in the description was pretty accurate.
Communication with the property manager was excellent. We received a text upon check-in to make sure everything was alright. I asked for a new coffee maker to replace the one that was broken and we had it the next morning.

Older home with charm
Beautiful condo, a bit dated, but otherwise very nice, a lot of stairs, considering everything is uphill in the area, it makes sense. Minimal supplies provided. 2 half empty boxes of Kleenex, adequate but minimal towels considering property has hot tub out back door. Maybe provide some spa towels so you don't have to reuse your bath towels. No body soap or body wash provided. A giant ice formation on front porch melted daily flooding front porch with ice, stairs were covered in ice and was very dangerous. There appeared to be a ski closet in lower level, however no key was provided and we had to carry skis up stairs. Some higher end toilet paper or paper towels would be great, and a broom to sweep kitchen at night would be nice. Again, since property has hot tub, some bath Rob's would be amazing if provided. Overall, I would stay again. Property could use a few updates to keep it fresh and some caulk in the bathroom would freshen it up a bit. Great location, fresh flowers on table.
1. Dishwasher doesn’t clean properly (not just hard water streaks, leaves food residue behind), dirty dishes in cupboard when we arrived.
2. Not enough basic kitchen items: knives very dull (had to buy one), no crockpot, pots without lids, missing full set of measuring cups and spoons, dishes are chipped, etc. Kitchen needs to be restocked.
3. Dirty ceiling fans, cobwebs throughout house, crud came out of jets in master bath tub.
4. Downstairs TV doesn’t stream properly. Home decor is mismatched junk, e.g., 2019 magazines on display.
5. No trash cans in 2 of 3 bathrooms.
6. Top of stairs is unsafe, seems to be missing part of the railing.
7. House advertised as sleeping 6, but only 5 dining room chairs, 4 coffee cups, 4 wine glasses, 3 placemats.
8. Heat can’t be controlled, so hot we had to sleep with windows open.
9. Garbage overflowing in garage dumpster all week, no recycling.
10. Sidewalks and driveway not shoveled after 13+ inches of snow. Should be clear by 10:00 am when guests are expected to leave.
