This marvelous Villa is located in a panoramic position , just a few kilometers from the center of Florence and Fiesole. The Villa, recently renovated, consists of 5 apartments (4 of them are adjoining) and it has 8 large bedrooms tastefully decorated in a modern style with attention and care to every detail. Each room is equipped with private bathroom with shower.

From the rooms and especially from the beautiful panoramic terrace you can enjoy spectacular views over the hills of Florence and Fiesole.

The property is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with central heating to ensure the maximum comfort to its guests both in summer and winter. It also has a living room, a large dining room where it is possible to eat all together (up to 22 people) and 5 fully equipped kitchens. Free Wi –Fi internet connection, satellite TV and private parking facilities are also included among the amenities made available to guests.

The Villa provides a large and welcoming garden and a private swimming pool equipped with chairs, garden tables and sun loungers. In the back of the Villa you can also find a table with gazebo that allows you to eventually sip a drink or read a book al fresco while enjoying the beautiful scenery offered by the surrounding hills. The exterior of the property is under video surveillance to secure the tranquility and safety of the guests.

The city of Florence is easily accessible by bus, in fact the Villa is served by the city bus 25, which stops just 20 meters from the gate of the Villa and allows you to reach the city center in just 15 minutes.
