The apartment is located in a built in 2000 family house on the outskirts of Fischbachau / Hammer in a quiet location. The apartment has its own small garden with barbecue, south-west facing terrace and east-facing balcony. 

Apartment Limbrunner:
The apartment is furnished in a cozy country house style. The rooms are spread over three floors, connected by a spiral staircase: on the ground floor is the kitchen with corner sofa and dining area (flooring: tiles and carpet); on the first floor a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (floor covering: carpet) and the bathroom (shower / WC). In the basement there is the second bedroom with double bed - no separate toilet (Bodebelag: wood). Note for occupancy of 4 adults: the upper bedroom must be entered to reach the bathroom!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, haben die Anreise bis ins Detail beschrieben und alles aufs Beste für uns hergerichtet. Check-in und check-out waren unkompliziert. Ansonsten - schon wegen der Lage absolute Empfehlung!!!

Klein aber fein!

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung. Sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Vermieterin ( drohendes Unwetter, Auto durfte unterm Carport stehen). Große Empfehlung, immer wieder gern!

Wohnung so gut wie perfekt
Die Wohnung ist sogut wie perfekt wenn sie eine Toilette im Erdgeschoß hätte und eine Geschirspüllmaschine hätte wäre Sie Perfect . Weiter hin hierfür können die Vermieter nichts ist die Regional Ahn die durch das Tal fährt und an jedem unbeschränkte Bahnübergang laut hupt was in dem Tal meilenweit zu hören ist von morgens früh bis spät in die Nacht da kann mann zum Beispiel Nacht die Fenster wenn es warm ist nicht auf lassen. Es war wenn man das mal fort lässt trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub da landschlich ein herzliche Gegend zum Wandern usw.

Entspannter Aufenthalt
Super nette Vermieter und eine tolle Ferienwohnung in der Natur. Große Auswahl an Spielen für Kinder und im Außenbereich ein kleine aber feine Grillstelle. Wir haben den kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten in der Wohnung als auch der Umgebung gut entspannen. Ein besonderes Schmankerl ist es von der Morgensonne geweckt zu werden.

Es war eine tolle und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, die vorgefunden haben. Auch das wir einen größeren Hund dabei hatten und auch recht spät am Abreisetag "ausgecheckt" haben, wat kein Problem.Wir kommen gerne wieder.:)
