Welcome to my 3br 3ba Los Angeles home conveniently located just one street east of Culver City! It's within walking distance to Metrolink, Wholefoods, Target, Starbucks & many more!

It's located 1 min to Cliff of Id, 5 mins to Platform, 14 mins to Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and about 29 mins to Ripley's Believe It or Not! & STAPLES Center. It's also just about 26 mins to DTLA, 15 mins to Santa Monica, and 25 mins to Venice Beach, There are also a lot of restaurants and shops that can be found nearby!

Located on a Cul-de-sac, this quiet neighborhood will surely make you feel perfectly feel at home! Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those in the city for business!

The downstairs bedroom features a queen-sized bed, the first bedroom upstairs has also a queen-sized bed, and the second big bedroom upstairs has 2 queen-sized beds - comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults + kids!

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and are the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. There's also a covered patio with a dining table and a spacious backyard with a BBQ grill.

I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & a dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!

The house includes high-speed WiFi, a TV with Netflix access, a level 2 EV charger, and 2 driveway parking spots that are available during your stay!

Quiet, comfortable and clean!

We enjoyed our time here. It's a very quiet and comfortable neighborhood with gracious neighbors who greet you. The house is very clean and very spacious! Michael, our host, was very responsive when we needed him. We were there for an extended stay. The ultimate review is to just say that we will return to this VRBO!

Fall Break Success

We stayed here during fall break with my 3 kids ages 4, 8, and 15. Everyone had more than enough space and had what they needed! In LA, that is a miracle! The house is well decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The rooms are huge and each is equipped with a tv. The owner was easy to communicate with and was understanding and flexible when I made a scheduling error.

Disappointed

First of all,, we were unaware that the back of the house had occupants. We could hear them talking during the course of our stay and occasionally saw someone walking down the side of the house. We were told we were renting the entire house but that was not accurate. The property was centrally located to our LA family but was not "guest ready". The house was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair in the bath tub and on the toilet seat.. The kitchen floor was also not clean. We planned to take advantage of the backyard and looked for a property that had nice yard space. Unfortunately, the backyard was also substandard.. The patio furniture and outdoor area was dirty and there were residual cigarette butts on the patio. It seemed like someone rushed to clean and did not take time to thoroughly clean. The queen-sized bed upstairs had California King size sheets and did not make for a comfy sleep experience. There were only 3 of us that stayed in the house but the property only had 2 wash cloths. I had to use a sock to bathe. No facial tissue and no hot water in one of the showers. There was only 3 of us in the house (all over 60). The most disappointing part of our stay was our inability to invite our daughter, 2 grandsons and nephew to the property due to the owners strict limit of 6 people in the house at any given time.
