- 4 acres of private Cabernet Sauvignon working vineyards

Serendipity brought us to a piece of land nestled among the slopes of Howell Mountain with a single-acre vineyard of cabernet sauvignon in need of some TLC.
We have embraced the challenge of grape growing. Humbly learning a new trade founded through friendships with experts in Napa Valley and by rolling up our sleeves and getting our hands dirty.
In 2019, we broke ground on a 3-acre expansion project and in Spring 2021 more than 3000 new cabernet sauvignon vines took root. Feel free to walk around the property's own vineyard "Coyoacan Vineyards".

Enjoy a leisurely game at our bocce ball court overlooking the vineyards or self-reflect at our meditation labyrinth surrounded by the quiet forest. On the deck area a comfortable outdoor lounge, with dining table, and BBQ perfect for entertaining.
In the late afternoon relax and enjoy a bottle of wine taking in the gorgeous vineyards on our Sunset Terrace. Napa Valley’s geography makes for picture-perfect sunsets. Spring and winter months can also lend some twilight cloud cover, which creates cotton candy-colored skies framed by dramatic purple mountains. We are surrounded mainly by conifer and oaks, explore our 20 acres property hiking at your leisure.
