Stay in this newly remodeled Park City condo- right in Old Town. One and a half blocks to Park City Mountain. Sleeps up to 7 guests. Spacious open floor plan. New beds, new bathrooms and showers, open concept kitchen, beautifully decorated dining and living rooms. Each room has been outfitted with new furniture, rugs, a smart tv, lots of storage, and all the amenities you would expect at a fine hotel. New, full size washer and dryer in unit. Cozy gas fireplace in the living room. We've added lots of comfy seating for your entire group to enjoy after a day of skiing and boarding. Dedicated underground, covered parking spot in the building.

This unit sleeps 7 comfortably. The primary bedroom has a king bed with luxurious linens and an attached bathroom. The bathroom has an oversize, spa tub, and a vanity with double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin XL trundle bed that can be rolled out to accommodate a third person in this bedroom. The living room features a queen pullout sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress for an additional two guests.

This location is amazing! Walk to Park City Mountain Base. The condo is located 1.5 blocks (slightly uphill) to the Park City main parking lot. Easy stroll to Old Town restaurants and bars. Don't feel like walking? The free Park City transit bus stop is on the corner. It will take you everywhere including the Deer Valley ski resort. Everything you need for a great vacation is within 3 blocks: Starbucks, grocery stores, pharmacy, and ski/rental shops. Sundance venues are just a few blocks away.

No car necessary. Uber up from the SLC airport then walk or take the free bus everywhere. It's that simple! There is so much to do, even for non-skiers. Park City Library is right down the street for movies and relaxing reading spaces. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing on the Park City golf course are just a few blocks away.

Great place in Park City

Great location and great property in Park City. Nice walk to Main Street activities and property was perfect for a family or two couples. Tracy the host was very helpful and made checkin easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Rental

Tracey gets an A+ on her condo and she was very responsive. Everything was as pictured, very clean and well stocked. Bus pick-up was just a few minutes away but it’s only about a 15-minute walk to Main Street for dining, shopping, etc. Grocery stores, Walgreens and other restaurants are also within a short walk. There’s no shortage of things to do in Park City in the summer! Definitely recommend this condo unit…would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Park City

Condo was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed was there and Tracey was extremely helpful with recommendations before we arrived. Location is great, super easy to access free city bus to get to old town Park City, market etc and the walk over to Park City Legacy Lodge was just a few minutes. Overall, a terrific stay!

Excellent Park City Condo!

This condo was perfect for two couples. Its is within walking distance to main street and all the lifts at the base. The rental had everything we needed for a week of skiing. Highly recommend!!

Great Condo

Great Location in Park City

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The location was fantastic. It was about a half mile walk to Main Street and only about a block and a half to the lift. Parking was easy under the building. Tracey was fantastic to work with and quickly answered all of my questions.

Spring break

I took two of my sons to Park City to ski. The condo we rented was exactly what we needed in terms of parking, proximity to the slopes, and overall space we needed from long days in the slopes. Tracey was quick to respond to all of my questions and we look forward to coming back again.

Tracey, the owner, was a delight to work with. She was very responsive and you could feel her smile come across in her responses. The condo was well stocked and everything worked nicely. The water pressure was a bit temperamental- easily worked around but could slow things down when it acted up which wasn’t all the time Great location (10min walk to the base, bus stops nearby,) comfortable condo and considerate owner makes for a great stay

Ski Weekend

This property was wonderful for a weekend getaway skiing. We felt that it was well equipped and close to everything. I will say we didn’t really make the walk in our ski gear because it is a walk uphill and then climbing stairs to get to the ski area. We found that one of our family members not skiing could drop us off at the town lift and that was super easy. The condo was cozy and the owner was great!

Park City Ski Trip 2023

The property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable two bedroom accommodations. Location was one block to a bus stop and 5 min. ride to the ski slope. The buses arrived approx. every 10 min. Covered parking one level lower accommodated my F-150 pickup.

Comfortable and Great Location

Perfect location, only 2 blocks from Park City mountain base. Very comfortable for my family of four. With kids who are boy and girl tweens we need separate real beds so the trundle was very useful. We did not use the pull out sofa. The kitchen had all the basics and everything was clean and functional. Overall we had a great stay with no issues.

great location close to slopes and city

We had a great stay in Tracey's appartement - it is very well remodeled, had ample space for the 3 of us (2 bedrooms) with really comfortable beds. A real big plus for us was the walking distance to the base of Park City Mountain skiing area even with skiboots on and carrying the skis , a little uphill though, approx 7 min. If you rent skis at the base you would also get a space to leave your gear which is even more comfortable. There is also a bus very close to the appartment which runs frequently to the mountain, or if you want to hit the cross country slopes you can easily get there as well. Communication with Tracey was very easy and very responsive -thank you! And either walking to the oldtown or to the grocery store (big freshmarket, cool) / or taking the bus to and from made our stay simple as we arrived without a car. We did a mix of cooking dinners at home and going out - no problem with the well equipped kitchen. Also the well maintained laundry machine was very handy allowing us to travel light. All in all we would definitely stay in Traceys appartment again!
