This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 3rd floor condominium at North Breakers has it from nearly every room.
The living and dining area are uncommonly large and set the perfect stage for family gathering whether to play games, enjoy dinner or just watch some television.
The master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath is just off the living area and has access to the front balcony facing the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen bed with balcony access overlooking the pool and hot tubs and the third bedroom offers 2 twins.
The community features direct beach access with a boardwalk, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. The oceanfront swimming pool is heated to 81 degrees during spring and fall months (March/April and September/October) to ensure a comfortable experience throughout the swimming season
