Great ocean view from balcony. Newly renovated condo makes this a great getaway for family of 5. Bedroom has queen bed with ceiling fan. Cozy nook has a twin bed. Sleeper sofa in den sleeps 2. Condo has 2 tvs, microwave, keurig coffee maker, electric cooktop, refrigerator and dishwasher. Unit also has washer and dryer in the unit. Condo is located near 61st in the heart of the seawall. just a 2 minute walk to Babes Beach.
Condominium amenities include 2 outdoor pools, (one heated in cooler weather), tennis court, BBQ grills. Central laundry, exercise room, spa/hot tub are also available. Controlled (gated) driving and walking entrance for security and parking underneath the units.

The Victorian Condominium does charge an additional 1 time fee of $35 for parking / security.

Lone Star Rally 2023

The condo is perfect for 2 poeple. Quiet. BUT-the elevator was broken on the end where the condo was located. The refrigerator was not clean. Could use some grown-up coffee cups. Overall, it was good, but had so many check out rules! Oh and it should state that the shower is very small. Large specimens would have a tough time!

Very Nice Place

the VRBO was in a gated community and was very clean. It was directly across the street from the beach and walmart which made it very accommodating. There was also a Denny's right next door. We only stayed for one night before we set sail on our cruise but I will say that the pull out couch was not very comfortable but may be good for children or teenagers. It was perfect for our 1 night stay.

Great location

Next to coast. Walked everywhere once checked in. Needed an overnight before a cruise and little more. Would have gone for larger unit had it been longer. Slept great Bad back the hallway bad was firm

The unit is at a great location. Across from the beach and next to a WalMart. It felt very safe with coded gates and onsite security. Both pools and hot tube areas are kept clean. Will stay here again on our next opportunity.

Great Location!

Location can not be beat! Just a few minute walk to the beach and to Walmart. Beautiful pools! Spacious apartment. Covered parking. Love having the washer and dryer in the apartment. Easy check in and out. Will definitely be back.

Nice unit

We were attending an event at the Victorian that weekend, so it was convenient to stay there. The unit was clean and comfortable. Our event was at the pool on the other side of property, so the building location wasn’t good, but that’s not the owners fault. The unit is close to the other pool and the hot tubs.

Summer vacation

This property was right across from the beach which is why we picked it so we were able to go and come as we please. It was also nice that our balcony overlooked the hot tub so we could look before we went.There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and most attractions were with in 5 miles. Shower was a little small but ok and it was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Would stay again.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay with your family. It is clean and the owners are very attentive and responsive. The beach is literally across the street. The condo is clean, very well stocked, and includes washer/dryer. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

Condo exactly as described (positive). Had plenty of towles, soap, and usb ports to charging phones and there was also plenty of parking during my stay. Walking distance to a Walmart. It was a pleasant stay.
