Three bedroom townhouse located five minutes away from I57 and ten minutes from the University of Illinois. The property has a fully finished basement with home theater system with a 90 inch screen, poker table, NBA Jam full size arcade game and electronic dart board. Hi speed Wifi is throughout the home making streaming multiple devices easy. The kitchen comes with a Ninja Mega Kitchen system for fun treats. After making a reservation an email will be sent with the code for the smart lock.

Another great stay

For the second time, we stayed here for UI Dad’s Day weekend. It’s a roomy, comfortable spot not far from campus. Our student son comes over and stays with us and it’s a nice time. The house has lots of thoughtful touches (snacks, coffee, etc.). Definitely recommended.

Nice accommodations near (but not on) campus

Came down for Dad’s day weekend at UIUC. A nice alternative to a hotel and in a nice neighborhood. Just a short drive to campus to visit our son, and he was able to come over and spend the night with us. John’s place is nicely appointed and comfortable. We already rebooked for next year!

Perfect Spot!

We chose this house for a one-night stay - we were in town for just 24 hours for 2 soccer games for my daughter. John made everything so easy and the house was perfect for our small group. Beds were great, every room was clean, no issues at all. Our only complaint is we weren't there long enough to enjoy the comfy furniture, cook in the kitchen or lounge in the cool basement. Maybe next time!

Fabulous stay

This townhouse is beautiful and spacious. The home theater and game room were so much fun! We enjoyed all of the extra touches such as the candies, cutie oranges and Christmas tree. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. I would highly recommend this property!
