About this property

Lovingly furnished, family-friendly holiday home with WiFi and beach chair

Arrive, feel good and enjoy the sea air in every season in our bright and comfortably furnished holiday home.

Our house in the Frisian style is located in a holiday home area in a very quiet location close to the dike. The beach and harbor are easily accessible 1,500 m.

It is a semi-detached house with approx. 80 sqm, spread over 2 floors, space for 4 people and a small child. The car parking space is located directly at the house. A spacious, lockable garden shed is available for bicycles or prams.

The house is child-friendly and offers a spacious and comfortably furnished living and dining area with a new Smart TV from Philips, hi-fi system, DVD player and CD stereo system. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the guest toilet, cloakroom and a storage room with washing machine. All windows on the ground floor have shutters.

A children's high chair (trip trap) is available for younger guests, and there is a new cot (60 x 120 cm) in the master bedroom.
On the south side, the living room opens onto the sunny terrace with an awning, the appropriate garden furniture, parasol, grill and large green area.
The spacious and lockable garden shed can be used to safely park bicycles or prams.

Free WiFi (50 Mbit) is available. In the beach chair season (April - October) you can use a fixed beach chair on the beach of Nessmersiel during your entire stay.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms (master bedroom with double bed plus cot, children's room with two single beds) and the spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and underfloor heating.
The windows of the parents' bedroom have blackout curtains, and there are shutters on the children's room windows. Bed linen and towels can also be borrowed from the property manager.

The ground floor and the bathroom are tiled, the bedrooms and the hallway are covered with laminate.

The outdoor children's playground, as well as a supermarket and bakery, can be reached in less than 5 minutes.

The new "Sturmfrei", a fully covered play oasis for the cooler days, is also "around the corner". A good bike and go-cart rental is in the immediate vicinity.

Ontspannen en fietsen
We hebben genoten van het comfortabele huis en van de omgeving. Het weer was goed en daarom hebben we elke dag fietstochten kunnen maken van 20, 30 en 40 kilometer. ( Norddeich, Dornumersiel, Greetsiel ) Ook de overtocht en de wandeling op Baldrum was aangenaam. Volgend jaar gaan wij weer naar Noord Duitsland ( Sleeswijk Holstein )

Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht und noch ganz viel mehr. Es kommt keine Langeweile auf, weil es jede Menge Spiele, Bücher und Filme gibt. Dazu gibt es viele geschmackvolle Dekoartikel, die das Haus lebendig machen.

Super Haus, auch für die Kleinen
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus hat uns und vor allem auch unseren Kindern sofort gefallen. An Spielzeug für die Kleinen fehlte es an nichts, genau so wie an der Ausstattung im Haus. Auch die Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Supermarkt und zum Spielplatz ist super. Der Radweg ist problemlos zu erreichen. Ein Auto benötigt man kaum. Der mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichende Strand mit dem persönlichen Strandkorb wurde von uns oft und gerne genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unser Ferienzuhause
Die Verwalterin Frau Klaasen ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ankommen und Abreisen verlief sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön, sehr sauber, es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann zu Fuß zum Strand laufen. Der kleine EDEKA Laden ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch unser Sohn (5-Jahre) hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt und hatte Spaß mit den Spielen und CDs vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Doppelhaushälfte
Wir waren für ein paar Tage Gast in diesem Objekt, nachdem wir nach der Buchung einen Mietvertrag bekommen haben indem nochmal zusätzlich 50€ für die Endreinigung stand waren wir etwas verwundert, weil davon nichts in der Anzeige stand. Das es vor Ort dann allerdings 55€ fanden wir dann doch etwas komisch und unglücklich. Das Haus ist toll und auch sauber ( in ein paar oberen Ecken waren Spinnengewebe) aber darüber haben wir weg gesehen. Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt und die Tage vergingen sehr schnell. Das nächste Mal würden wir in einen anderen Ort anreisen, aber das ist immer Geschmackssache. Danke für die tollen Tage 👍

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Es handelt sich um eine liebevoll und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade, dass die Übergabe erst um 16 Uhr stattfinden konnte, obwohl eigentlich 14 Uhr angegeben war. Nach langer Anreise, wäre es toll, wenn man die Wohnung auch zum angegebenen Termin übernehmen könnte. Sonst war es perfekt.

Es war einfach perfekt
Mein Mann und ich wollen uns herzlich bedanken für unseren wundervollen Kurzurlaub in Neßmersiel. Die Lage war wundervoll ruhig und idyllisch. Bis zum Strand waren es nur einige Meter, die man mit dem Fahrrad ruckzuck zurücklegen konnte. Auch die Immobilie war wundervoll. Es wurde an alles gedacht, alles war sauber und konnten uns bei Fragen immer gerne bei der Hausverwaltung melden. Rund um waren es ein paar gelungene Tage an der Nordsee, trotz des stürmischen Wetters ☺️ Vielen Dank! Julian und Sarah Halfmann

Tolles Haus
Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub in diesem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Kinder gab es jede Menge Bücher, Puzzle und Spiele. Ebenso DVDs. Auch für Erwachsene waren reichlich DVDs, Spiele und Bücher vorhanden. Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Hausverwaltung war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, in gutem Zustand und für einen ruhigen Kurztrip in passender Lage. Die Hausverwaltung war freundlich und kompetent. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Tipp für Familien mit kleinen Kindern: mobiles Treppengitter mitnehmen.

Liebevolles kleines Zuhause in der Ferne
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht und uns vom ersten Tag an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, total gepflegt und es fehlt einem an Nichts. Dazu das kleine Gärtchen vor der Terrasse - da braucht man eigentlich keinen Strand mehr - ein kleines Idyll. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben und vielleicht kommen wir auch mal wieder. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und sofort zur Stelle, wenn etwas unklar ist, wie bei uns, als ich das mit dem WLAN nicht kapiert hatte. Das ist mir heute noch peinlich. Dabei bedarf so etwas normalerweise überhaupt keiner Erklärung. Dank der Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter habe auch ich es dann mal verstanden … Von hier aus sind wir rundum zu einigen Radtouren gestartet und haben die Inseln Norderney, Baltrum und Langeoog besucht. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt also. Zum Bäcker ist es nicht weit und der hat sogar sonntags geöffnet. Wir bedanken und auf diesem Weg nochmal, dass wir das Häuschen ein paar Tage nutzen durften. Wir wünschen den Vermietern immer wieder angenehme Gäste und alles Gute!

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil
Habe selten ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gesehen. Aus meiner Sicht fehlte es an nichts. Wir haben die wenige Tage, die wir hier zugebracht hatten, sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zur Ferienhausverwaltung und die Schlüsselübergabe war gut, nett und unkompliziert.
