We went to see a concert at The Salt Shed and get a bit of rest and relaxation from the holidays. Easy to find and close to everything. A nice quiet relaxing place with adults to get away and enjoy each other company. The host was exceptional to work with and kept us informed every step. We will definitely stay there again!
Overall the place was lovely. Listing was spot on, we went for some shopping and a concert and the location was great!
The only couple things: wifi was spotty, a couple extra blankets would have been lovely, and we were there with all girls, so we would’ve loved a full length mirror ;)
The space really was nice and plenty of space to fit 6 of us.
The house is what is advertised. The neighborhood quaint, it is next to the highway so it could be noisy if the windows are opened. The outside front area is the strength of this house and it provides additional space provided the weather is nice. It really only sleeps about 5 people. Kitchen was nice. Couches in living room are comfy. Needs more towels and blankets. It is only about 12 minutes from downtown if that.
We loved your home, we left an iron at your property since we felt someone could use it and there was not one available 😁 I hope we left a good impression and we are able to stay here again!! Thanks again, Ana
This property served exactly what we needed for four friends on a weekend trip to Chicago. The property was easy to call and Uber to, not far from the loop/river north, and met all of our needs.
This was a great place to stay for our trip to Chicago. The metro is extremely close, making it easy to get to downtown activities. Host was quick to respond to all questions and resolved a small hiccup we had within minutes. Definitely recommend!
There was a major plumbing leak down into living room area. Easter sunday had family over after church 2 ipads are water damaged. Had to move tables and stop using upstairs bathroom. Plumber came next day and had to cut hole in the ceiling. Which was still wide open when i left
Accurate listing. Ample room for 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). VERY easy on/off the freeway, safe neighborhood, safe parking (street), VERY close to the Division Blue Line stop. The front patio is nice to have. No issues with Uber,Lyft DoorDash finding the place. Host was wonderful to communicate with. Would definitely recommend. Its a great value and I'll be staying again on my next trip to the city
The house is a short walk to the train station making it easy to go in and out of the city. Only came back to sleep and shower, but it has all the essentials you’d need.
Me and 5 friends stayed at this property for the weekend and it was excellent. Perfect location, clean home, and amazing showers. The host was kind and gracious. When a small issue arose with the heat, management acted quickly and staying in communication until the issue was resolved.
We needed a place for me and my wife, my 18 year old daughter and her friend. Getting two hotel rooms is never great. This condo suit our needs very well. Plenty of space for all. It was clean, had all of the basic necessities. Beds were comfortable, heat worked well and water pressure was great. Overall, it is in a good location. It was about a 15 minute walk to the heart of Wicker Park. Uber found the condo very easily which made getting to other parts of the City easy. The unit does back up onto the freeway, but, honestly, you don't really hear the freeway noise unless you are really focused on doing so. There is parking in the neighborhood but we recommend paying the extra fee to use the dedicated parking space. I would say they priced this rental about right. Communication with the owner was super easy and quick. and we would definitely consider staying here again. A few suggestions, bring KPods for the coffee maker and your own soap/shampoo for showers.
Left a message that we weren’t staying and never received refund. No wash clothes, or small towels, no furniture in bedrooms except for beds. Not even on a bed frame.
We used to have a beach rental. I would be imbarresed if this was my place
Property is on the Interstates of 90-94 the two busiest interstates in Chicago. No night stands in the bedrooms no dressers either. Sloppy painting. There is nothing quiet about the property. Left side hand rail going up to second floor is very loose and wobbly. No toaster and no blender. No dish rags to clean up with. To give them a preferred guest is misleading at best.
So it was me and I am pregnant, and two of my friends. It was amazing. Great kitchen and the downstairs bathroom is to die for! Looks exactly like listing. Easy check in and out. The property itself I had no issues but I am unsure if the whole property is bnb or there are regular tenants but there was a lot of foot traffic. I was there from Monday afternoon and it seemed as if there was a party or something going on. Lots of people in and out. You can also hear clearly through the walls both ways. I can see how people may think street parking is complicated but I had parking in front my whole stay. I am a native and this is a central location for public transportation, night life, and restaurants. Over all we enjoyed it for a girls night in mini vaccay and the pig was amazing! Lol 😂
The hosts were more than kind, and the home was beautiful. It was close to everything and easy to get in and out of. I would definitely love to stay again.
The first floor was cold even with the heaters and then the upstairs would be too hot. Overall it was a spacious place for me and my friends, and we had a great stay.
I love the place! Very stylish, the bathrooms are beautiful, big rooms with comfy beds, and they even had extra fold out beds. Everything was clean when we arrived. On top of that we were just 15 minutes away from all of our destination! Great location. The property owner was easy to communicate with and replied quick. Would def. come back again.
