Great location, place needs updating and poor customer service

The location to walk to places like the beach or restaurants is wonderful. The pics don't show that the units need upgrading and several things don't work. We were told in April that all balconies were being repaired but no compensation given that most people booked way before that. It took 2 phone calls to get repairs and more towels and they forgot the bath towels. Concierge was great with suggestions for coffee places and a great ice cream milkshake place. Pool is nice but not enough chairs for when it's crowded.

Nice enough

Place was okay. Only one elevator. Had to walk almost the entire resort to get to our unit. Longer than that sounds. You walk right into the bedroom from outside. Makes it very loud when trying to sleep. Very loud area. Better suited to younger people. On the plus it was clean. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

The location to the Beach, Restaurants and Shops was super convenient. Walking to Rudees Inlet was less than 15 minutes. The Resort was clean, spacious, the heated pools and heated tile made the cool days warmer. The entire staff was friendly and they checked on our stay each day to ensure it was everything we needed! The one bedroom suite was comfortable and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Cindy & DannyL
