It is located on the ground floor and has one
own entrance and is at the beginning of one

We offer a comfortable apartment, quiet yet close to the center of Stade.

The modern and comfortably furnished apartment with separate entrance is large (64sqm) and suitable for 2-4 people. It has a living room with dining area, sofa bed and satellite TV with DVD. The tastefully decorated bedroom has a door to the beautiful garden. The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern cooker, microwave and other amenities. Furthermore, the apartment has a modern bathroom.

There is enough parking space for your car and your bicycles available. A cozy garden area invites you for sunbathing and to have a barbecue.

It is only a short walk to the idyllic old town with its diverse dining options. The good train connections to Hamburg or Cuxhaven with the local cultural offerings is enticing. We very much look forward to welcoming you to our comfortable home in the picturesque Hanseatic city of Stade soon.

You will live in a typical, quiet northern-german laid-back neighborhood with lots of red brick stone houses. The beautiful old town of Stade is a short bicycle ride away.

The easiest way to get around within the city is by bicycle. Otherwise there is a nearby bus stop connecting the apartment several times an hour with the city center and the station.
