KATASTROPHE!!! FINGER WEG!!! BITTE LESEN!!!
Ich hoffe Du machst nicht den selber Fehler wie ich und fällst auf die guten Bewertungen rein! Ich weiß nicht wie diese Zustanden gekommen sind, da diese Unterkunft eine reine Katastrophe ist! Es fängt schon von außen an. Das Haus ist es alt, ungepflegt und heruntergekommen. Der Hausgang sieht schlimm aus, total dreckig und es riecht bereits im Flur nach altem Haus/Gebäude. Das Zimmer ist super klein. Teilweise keine Fußleisten vorhanden, Löcher im Laminat und Schimmel! Auch hier riecht es nicht besser als im Flur. Außerdem war das Zimmer nicht sauber! Ich weiß nicht wie man sowas vermieten kann. Das ist eine Unverschämtheit! Ich habe mir das Zimmer angeschaut und bin 5 Minuten später wieder raus, da ich mich geekelt habe. Hinzukommt, dass die Vermieterin extrem unfreundlich ist! NIE WIEDER

Für den Preis ist das Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Wenn sie ein First class Hotel möchten, dann schauen Sie lieber woanders und zahlen dementsprechend mehr. Kommunikation war problemlos, die Lage ist super. Also, alles in allem war ich zufrieden 😁 und falls ich nochmal nach Detmold komme werde ich auch wieder buchen. Danke Sybille!

Katastrophen-Unterkunft
Sehr kalt, da das Zimmer nur mit einem Elektroheizlüfter zu heizen war, was nach meiner Hochrechnung der ersten 4 Tage auf ca. 450 Euro Kosten angewachsen wäre. Das Wasser in der Dusche war morgens auch kalt, Schimmel in der Dusche. Überall Dreck. Das Haus ist uralt und schlecht isoliert. Nachdem ich die erste Nacht in Winterjacke und Mütze geschlafen hatte, erhielt ich zusätzliche Kissen, um die Wände zu isolieren. Nachdem ich mich am dritten Tag über einen lautstarken Streit im Treppenhaus beschwert hat, wurde ich beschimpft und beleidigt. Fewo direkt hat leider nicht sofort eingegriffen oder geholfen. Ich bin deshalb nach 5 Tagen ausgezogen. Geld erhielt ich schließlich doch noch von Fewo direkt für diese 5 Tage zurück. Aber die restlichen 25 hat die Vermieterin behalten, mit dem Argument ich müsse stornieren, was nach Antritt der Reise bekanntermaßen unmöglich ist. NIE WIEDER.

Nice quiet home in Detmold
We enjoyed our 2 nights at Sybille's house. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Sybille was kind and accommodating and let us book a second night at the last minute when we arrived late on our first day. We also enjoyed the patio with a view of the pretty backyard. The house is in a quiet area but it's only a 15-20 minute walk to the city center.

Kleine nette Wohnung nahe der Innenstadt. Alles was mensch braucht ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Hab ich eigentlich Danke für das Bier gesagt.....? Wenn nicht dann jetzt...Vielen Dank ! Wer gutes Bier schätzt sollte das Sudhaus im Fachwerkdorf besuchen...ebenfalls Problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Schnuckelige zentrale Wohnung zum heimisch fühlen und allem, was man braucht!
Wir hatten mit zwei Personen einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Detmold. Die Wohnung mit tollem Balkon in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich schnell heimisch zu fühlen. Tee, Kaffee und Kakao stehen zur Begrüßung durch die nette Vermieterin bereit, die auch wertvolle Tipps für den Besuch in Detmold geben kann. Der Bäcker und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke, die Innenstadt mit Fußgängerzone und netten Restaurants nicht weit.

Schönes kleines Appartement mit Balkon im Grünen
Das Appartement ist genauso wie beschrieben. Einfach, aber sauber und ausreichend für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Das Haus hat nach hinten raus einen großen Garten. Der Blick vom Balkon geht dorthin. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen optimal und, obwohl eine größere Straße in der Nähe ist, erstaunlich ruhig. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann mir ein Wiederkommen gut vorstellen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich habe mir auch die anderen Wohnungen angesehen und kann sie nur empfehlen!
