Piscine et plage
Location très bien située, piscine parfaite et très bien entretenue. Par Contre gros vis à vis qu'on pourrait éviter en mettant juste un panneau tressé !!! Maison propre et confortable. Propriété parfaite avec un chien.

Bonito pero no esta preparado
Hemos estado este finde la familia y ha sido una pena xq el apartamento es muy chulo lo malo es q estaba sucio ( se supone q nos cobran limpieza) no nos dejaron papel wc , olor a gas cuando encendias la cocina , faltaban utensilios de cocina , las camas solo con sabanas no nos dejaron ni una colcha x si tenias frio, y un largo etc...lo dicho una pena xq es bonito

Peut mieux faire
Cette location pourrait être bien si le propriétaire changeait tous les meubles qui datent certainement de la construction de la maison et sont pour la plupart cassés ou rouillés. Un manque d’entretien qui empêche de donner une bonne note alors que l’emplacement est bon pour la proximité de la plage et du charmant village d’Ametla de mar. Nous retournerons dans le village mais certainement pas dans cette location

Location à forte rentabilité pour le propriétaire
Location avec du matériel prévu pour 6 personnes et nous étions s 12. 6 verres a disposition, 7 serviettes de bain, un lave vaisselle qui fonctionne mais qui ne lave pas du tout, pas de planche a découper, pas des casseroles et poêles pour 6 personnes, une propreté inacceptable (on a fait revenir pour un nettoyage), une gaziniere dangereuse, deux salles de bain sur 3 mal construite avec de l’eau qui coule vers le sol au lieu du siphon générant des grosse marres d’eau, wifi ne fonctionne pas...

Barriere de sécurité autour de la piscine ainsi que de la lumiere. Plus de haie pour ne pas voir les voisins. Le tarif allait avec la prestation Très réactif à chaque demande maison bien agencée lieu facile d'accès et proche de toutes commodités. Ventilateurs ou climatisation. Plein de petits bricoles a faire Problèmes avec les boutons de la gaziniere a refaire

Améliorait tout
En peu embêtant car tu doit arrive à 16h le jour de la remise de clef et le jour du départ tu doit partir. 11h on perd un jour !! Maison pas très propre car la maison elle était un peu sale !!! Les arrive d'au faudrez les améliorer!!
