Room for everyone!

Nice house, group of 12. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans. Every room has a TV.

Comfortable!

This house was perfect for our stay. We were in town for my son's wedding and our family plus friends enjoyed their stay. It has lots of room and the ping pong table provided lots of entertainment! It was also well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

Stunning perfect getaway!

I wouldn’t think to ever second guess in staying here again in the future.. The home was very clean and very well equipped. Host communicates and responds very promptly. Location is breathtaking. There is a lot to explore and see around the area. Check in was very easy. Thank you again for letting us stay in your home.

Best Decision

Staying at Palmer Lake house was awesome. Tony was awesome. Any issues that were seen and came up during our stay, he responded quickly with a resolution. Communication was great and receptive. I would definitely rent again.

Would like more advance info on checking vs last minute minute check-in

All was good. Had wedding to attend and was asking about location in relation to wedding venue. Especially since we had a long distance to travel and timing was important. Unable to get that info until last minute.

Minor issues

There was a lot of dog poop in the backyard that wasn't from our dogs. Both gates were broken and there was a hole on the side of the gate. We had to rig the gates to stay close and made a patch for the hole. None of the remotes down stairs worked we replaced the batteries in them. Half the lights downstairs didn't work. I went around the house fixing the doors because they were all off the rails and broken. We did enjoy our stay. It was a beautiful scenery!!! God bless and happy new year!!

Wonderful stay in quaint Palmer Lake

The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a family stay. We enjoyed Palmer Lake area for the trails that we came across and the local restaurants, yet we were close enough to Monument, Colorado Springs, and Manitou Springs for exploring the more famous stops. Great communication from the owner when a problem that was out of his hands arose and he made every effort to resolve it.

Good location and quiet neighborhood

The house was nice and clean and the location suited us for a family wedding in Monument. The TV electronics did not always work properly and would "freeze up" at times and remote would not operate properly. Two of the beds (queen) had plastic covers that were not comfortable to sleep on. The fireplace was "off limits" according to the property manager. Maybe that was a safety or liability feature. Overall, the house was a very good place to stay.

spacious property with amazing views

plenty of space for everyone. room for the kids to have their own space and have fun doing it. Very clean and decorated well. Has amazing views from the back deck while be nestled in a cozy quiet neighborhood. 10/10 recommend
