Sea view villa m. Pool and separate apartment 700m from the beach

The house is in a quiet location in Benissa Buenavista, surrounded by other single-family houses and holiday homes. The area lies between Moraira and Calpe and is called Benissa Costa. The location is not like many other houses on a slope with many stairs, but largely at ground level.
The beach bar (approx. 700 m) can be reached on foot. This is located on a stone beach, where you can also snorkel. The nearest sandy beach is in Moraira (approx. 5 km) and the somewhat larger sandy beach in Calpe (approx. 8 km).

The house has a separate apartment (separate entrance) with kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room and a bedroom (air conditioning) with double bed (150 x 190 cm) and patio door to the pool. In the living room of the separate apartment, a sofa bed can be pulled out to 150 x 200 cm and offers space for 2 more people.

On the upper floor there are another 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom and 1 bathroom en suite).
In the master bedroom there is a double bed with 180 x 200 cm, the slatted frames are electrically adjustable and a sliding door wardrobe with mirrored doors. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite. As in the granny flat, you also have a patio door to the pool.
In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm, which of course can also be put together. This bedroom also includes a dressing room, with a large sliding door wardrobe and another single bed 90 x 190 cm, which could also be used as a cot.

The living room is equipped with a flat screen Smart TV with 43 inch screen size.
WI-FI is available in the house.
Both kitchens in the granny flat as well as in the upper apartment have a dishwasher.
In the upper area there is a washing machine in the bathroom.

The house has gas central heating. In the living room, a fireplace, designed like a tiled stove, can also be heated.

Outside there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
You will also find an outside grill and lots of nice corners with seating around the house. The large roof terrace with sea views also invites you to linger.

The pool is exceptional because it is designed like a bar on one side. You can take a seat at the pool with the bar stool. There is also a seating area in the pool where you can swim at the deepest part of the pool. But it is not a whirlpool / jacuzzi.

A double carport is available in the enclosed property. There is also a parking space for a third car.
