A beautiful quaint 1948 home that embodies so much charm and character in a phenomenal midtown location close to AU Summerville Campus, the Augusta National Golf, Piedmont Hospitals, Charlie Norwood VA & AU Medical Center, Paine College, Georgia Cyber Center, Riverview Park, SRP Park, and downtown Augusta & North Augusta. You'll find tasteful updates in this recently renovated home, the relaxed atmosphere adds to the feeling of serenity inside the house, with original refinished hardwood floors throughout and lots of natural light.

Accommodates 6 guests in 2 bedrooms with 3 Queen beds, cozy memory foam mattresses, Dining Room, workspace, fenced backyard, and plenty of parking.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, smooth top stove, Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, Hot Water Kettle, Personal Blender, Toaster, Sandwich Grill, and Waffle Maker.
• 1 Coffee, Tea, and Water Welcome kit will be provided.
• 1 Starter kit with Toilet paper, Shampoo, Conditioner, soap, and other bathroom amenities will be provided.

*For your convenience and upon availability, we offer early check-in or late check-out for an extra fee. Please let us know ahead of time, and we will try our best to accommodate you
**For security purposes, we have a 24/7 recording and monitoring audio/video device, specifically a Ring Doorbell Camera, installed on the front door.

Another great Masters stay!

This is the perfect house for my work colleagues to stay in when coming for the Masters. The host is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. This is our second year staying here and my colleagues have already asked me to get it for them again next year! I highly recommend this house for anyone traveling to the Augusta area. The location is perfect for everything!

Quiet neighbohood and great hosts.

It was so quiet and relaxing. The hosts were very nice and quick to accomidate. Loved the weekend stay and plan to book again.

Quiet neighborhood and great stay

This property was great. Perfect size for our family of 4 plus 2 extra adults joined us. We were visiting extended family that live in the Augusta area. The property was close to everything we needed. There were extra supplies in the pantry and linen closet. I even brought an extra monitor and set up the hallway desk and worked remotely for the week. The backyard is fenced in and quiet. Carol was super quick at responding to any questions I had. I would stay again.

Great Get Away

The property was very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was a little discouraging. This is not the Carol’s fault. She was on top of any questions we had and made sure everything was perfect.

Great stay

The place was great. The little amenities were a life saver. Well stocked. Had several spices & things in pantry that would be great if you plan on cooking. Super close to the hospital where my MIL was having surgery which was the reason for our stay. The only downside would be the area, but honestly everything around there seemed to be a little sketch so no fault of the owners. We never had any trouble, but there was an incident that happened close by on our way back from hospital. Nobody ever bothered us though. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to.

Hospital Stay

House is extremely close to Augusta University Hospital. It was exactly as described in online listing. While there are washer/dryer hook ups, there was neither appliance on site.

Lovely Stay for Peach Jame

The interior of the house was extremely clean and comfortable. The beds, pillows and couches were immaculate and cozy. Great water pressure in the shower was also a pleasant surprise. The washer only had hot water, but I would assume all water in the middle of July in Georgia will be hot. :) The neighborhood was off-putting at first. But the neighbors were friendly and the community was very quiet except for the lovely sounds of the rooster across the street. To be nit picky the only feedback I would have is that it would be great if the grass had a fresh cut on it. A lovely stay by a responsive host, couldn't ask for more.

Clean home

The house was a short distance to the hospital which was perfect. Super clean and cute Reno. Communication was great with the host until I asked about the washer and dryer. Description says laundry but there is no washer or dryer. We rented for a week due to a surgery at the hospital and had to make other arrangements for laundry. The beds are extremely firm which is ok for some but was difficult for us. It met our needs for the week but the lack of a washer and dryer was disappointing.

Perfect cottage

Perfect cottage for family while loved one in the VA hospital. Carol could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Very clean and had everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to hospitals. Highly recommend!

Positive experience

As we were there for a relative in the hospital, this location was perfect. The home is lovely and communicating with Carol was so easy. She was very responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue and when we had to extend our stay. Neighborhood was very quiet. Carol’s home made a difficult time for us a little easier! Thanks Carol

The Perfect Masters Cottage

Southern hospitality at its best. We were greeted with cut flowers, a gift bag and a basket of snacks. We made very good use of the latter as we arrived late. This is an extremely clean, updated cottage, and was perfect for the long Masters weekend. Carol was extremely easy to work with. The pictures are as-advertised.

Great house, great location

I needed a place to stay that had a kitchen as I had to visit for a weeks’ worth of medical testing involving special prep diets. This clean, beautiful house suited me perfectly and is a very short walk to Augusta University Medical Center. Carol was great, communication was easy and so prompt. Great experience.

This little house was cute, clean, convenient, and easy. New sheets and towels, spotless bathroom, sufficient closet space. Giant TV screen with comfy couches, keurig coffee maker, and a clean fridge. Backyard seating. Clear instructions for entry and checkout.
