Apartment 4:
Our house is located about 15 minutes walk from the beach in a quiet residential area. The fully furnished apartment with living room, two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, kitchenette, shower, toilet, hall and large balcony / terrace would be available for you. Facilities include radio, digital TV, sheets and towels once. In the kitchenette are microwave, coffee maker and toaster, egg and kettle and a 2-plate cooker, fridge and dishes available. An extra bed is possible in the living room by arrangement on the extendable sofa. Each apartment has a free parking space for your car.

In the middle of the beautiful island of Usedom lies the Baltic Sea Zinnowitz. Our family-friendly and child-friendly holiday home Ostsee mussel welcomes you there, in our quiet residential area with lots of greenery, only about 15 minutes walk from the beach, cozy and comfortable in every season. Upon request, you will receive the free access code for your device for a Wi-Fi connection. On our premises there is a children's playground, a barbecue area, in summer a small children's playroom and a club room for table tennis and billiards are available. Each apartment has a free parking space for your car.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Alles bestens! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende und es hat uns sehr an nichts gefehlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolute Spitze und wir kommen sehr gern wieder! SUPER! VIELEN DANK! Ein Backofen würde die Ausstattung der Wohnung ergänzen, ist aber auch nicht als vorhanden angegeben, sodass man sich vorher gut darauf einstellen kann.

Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund

Die Lage ist super 10-15 min zum Strand zum Hundestrand etwas weiter aber das weiß man ja vorher. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern und einem Hund dort! Einfach super .... bevor manisch auf den Weg macht konnten wir auf der Terrasse noch einen Kaffee trinken und den kindernbeimspielen auf dem Spielplatz zu schauen 😊 sobeginntder Tag vollkommen stressfrei 😊

Schöne Unterkunft für einen angemessenen Betrag

Zum Strand kann man zur Not laufen, ein Fahrrad bietet sich aber an. Das Gelände ist gepflegt und mit allerhand Spielgerät für Kinder ausgestattet. Im Prinzip handelt es sich um ein großes zweietagiges Haus mit ca. 8 Ferienwohnungen. Man bekommt von den Nachbarn aber nicht viel mit. Lediglich am Fenster sieht man sie vorbeikommen.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Vermieter sehr freundlich, Objekt ist Top gepflegt. Wunderbar der Spielplatz für die Kleinen und die Zimmer sind einfach super. Alles da was man braucht ( und noch mehr). Auch die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, wir können nur empfehlen dort zu buchen. Dankeschön!

Top Wohnung und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt.

Super Wohnungen und die Vermieter waren auch jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Auch sehr gut mit Baby. Das Bettchen und der Stuhl wurde bereit gestellt. Auch die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung und der Außenanlagen waren Top. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Ostsee Muschel nur empfehlen.

Entspannter Urlaub in Zinnowitz

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders positiv waren der Spielplatz, Grillecke und Clubraum (mit Tischtennisplatte, Billard, Kicker) im hinteren Bereich des Grundstücks. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich.
