The property has über140m2 living space on 2 floors, private garden, terrace and balcony with stunning sea views. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen and a living room. The house has been stylish and exceptionally decorated and remodeled until June 2016 for sophisticated use as a holiday home. Here, nothing is missing, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, washer and dryer are also available.
The waterfront with the ocean beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes. Upon arrival you can expect a Wellcome package with fruit, wine, beer and water, bathrobes, bed linen, towels are also normal standard as free WiFi, satellite TV and music system. Great Villa

Booking and check in very good. Met at property and showed around. Welcome pack included which was nice. A few issues but it was recitified quickly. Villa is spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Everything you need. Home from home. Air con a bonus but didnt actually need it as villa is quite cool. Pool nice. Hot tub brillaint after a long day. Didnt use sauna. Beautiful see view from balcony and living room. Very close to main strip but still quiet. Slight hill to get up back to the villa, but not too steep. Just dont go cardiac hill way.. Late check out was accommodated and we were even dropped at the airport. Which was greatly appreciated. Thanks for a lovely 2 weeks. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Villa

Wonderful stay in a great villa. Everything we needed was there. Lovely comfy beds nice quiet location not far from bars and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were lovely and well used by us. Mataeos was a great host and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be back again.

Gorgeous Villa

A very beautiful villa with enough space and very clean. In a quiet area with restaurants, shops and the beach close by. The host Matthias was very hospitable and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

Great villa in great location

Contact with michael was great, and Anna and Matthias were very attentive and met us at the property. They took the time to walk us round including how to use the various appliances and whilst we had no need to contact them during our stay we felt happy that they were only a phonecall away. Great location only a 5-10minute walk to the main Avenida but the street is quiet both at day and night. Nice size pool, large enough for 3-4 people at a time and lovely outside area. Our daughter especially liked the privacy of separate bedroom and bathroom at the back of the villa. Please note there is air con in one of the main bedrooms although this isn’t advertised and the other two rooms had fans which were welcome. WiFi isn’t that strong but is generally the case in Lanzarote and the satellite tv is only German/Austrian channels. We found some of the bars in the resort had pretty good WiFi so we would take an iPad and download films on Netflix and skygo to watch later if required. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Perfect for a family holiday

The house was perfect. It was spacious, clean and very well managed by Mathias and Anna, who were waiting to greet us and show us round the property. The pool is not too deep so ideal families. The property is a 5 minute walk from shops, restaurants and the beach and there are 4-5 supermarkets in close proximity. Coming home was an uphill walk which was fine for us but may be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Very close to the airport (10-15 minutes) and there was no issue with checking out later in the day. This was our children’s first holiday and we could not have asked for a better experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Sehr gerne wieder

Ich habe gerade wieder einen wunderschönen, unbeschwerten und stressfreien Urlaub (14.10.-28.10.2018) in der Casa Princesa Ico verbracht und muss nun doch einmal meine Zufriedenheit auf diesem Wege ausdrücken. Bei jedem meiner Aufenhalte in der Casa Princesa Ico und das gilt von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme/Reservierung bis zur Betreuung vor Ort (durch eigens vom Besitzer eingesetzter Gästebetreuer der jederzeit und sofort erreichbar ist!) und der Ausstattung hat wie immer alles gestimmt! Erneut erwartete mich nicht nur ein sehr sauberes Objekt sondern auch einen persönlichen und herzlichen Empfang sowie ein tolles Wellcome Package bestehend aus Getränken, Obst und Snacks. Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna sind absolut neuwertig und bestens gewartet. Das Haus ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Hier wird „Gastgeben“ gelebt und nicht nur versprochen! Man sieht, dass der Eigentümer sehr viel investiert hat und ganz genau weiss, was anspruchsvolle Gäste sich wünschen und erwarten. Diesen „Spirit“ leben auch seine Mitarbeiter! Danke für die bisher sehr tollen und perfekten Aufenthalte. Ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder. Sehr gerne bewerte ich daher dieses Objekt mit verdienten 5 Sternen :-)

Fantastic villa in an ideal location

The facilities at the villa were superb. Location was perfect; a five minute walk took us to the busy Avenue de las Playas, Puerto del Carmen. Villa also ideal location if you wanted to travel to see other parts of Lanzarote. We had a late check in/out and it was not an issue. We were met by Mathias who showed us around the villa despite our late arrival and arranged a welcome pack of fruit/wine and wine/soft drinks which were great. We have been to Puerto del Carmen once before and this villa was far superior, Thank you as we had a fantastic holiday.

Gerne wieder!

Sehr gute Lage, mehrere Supermärkte zu Fuß erreichbar, Strand Info Promenade nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Beheizter Pool ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit auf den Kanaren, Whirlpool und Sauna waren super. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bäder einwandfrei. Auch mit kleinen Kindern empfehlenswert. In den Schlafräumen wäre ein paar Regale super damit man Kleinzeugs verstauen kann.

Prima Ferienhaus!

Wir (eine junge Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist in bequemer Fussdistanz ein paar Querstrassen oberhalb der Strandpromenade von Puerto del Carmen sehr praktisch (mind. 3 kleine Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe) und ruhig gelegen, schön und gut gepflegt, und man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer. Dort zu frühstücken ist einfach nur herrlich! Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht (inkl. Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine). Auch Babybett und Kinderstuhl wären auf Anfrage erhältlich gewesen. Mit Kleinkindern muss man natürlich beim Pool etwas aufpassen, aber es war kein Problem und besonders die Kinder hatten grossen Spass im beheizten (!) Becken und auch im Whirlpool. Eine Sauna hätte es auch noch gegeben. Die Gästebetreuer vor Ort (ein junges Paar aus Deutschland) waren ausgesprochen freundlich, unkompliziert und haben uns wirklich sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen, sodass man sich gleich zu Hause fühlen konnte. Sowohl die Hausübernahme als auch -übergabe am Ende waren völlig problemlos. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen - bzw. wären am liebsten gleich da geblieben :-). Herzlichen Dank, besonders auch an die Gästebetreuer und die Eigentümer-Familie!!

belle propriété au calme bien que proche des activités du bord de mer

Voyage du 7 au 21 janvier 2018. Mathias le propriétaire nous a accueilli malgré une arrivée tardive avec frigo garni de boissons ainsi qu'un grand plateau de fruits. Piscine agréable et jacuzzi génial. Plusieurs petits magasins aux alentours. Au rez de chaussée deux chambres , salle de bain , terrasse face à la piscine...bien agréable. A l'étage living et cuisine bien agencés .Cerise sur le gâteau , pour notre fille et son conjoint, à l'arrière du bâtiment, une magnifique chambre et sa douche à l'italienne. Intimité pour tous. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern, 18, 15, 8 Jahre) haben im August 2017 einen schönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße nur wenige Gehminuten von der belebten Strandpromenade. Der Hafen ist zu Fuß ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir schon von den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Verwaltern Mathias und Anja erwartet. Diese hatten einen Obstkorb und eine schöne Auswahl Getränke kühlgestellt. Wir wurden kurz aber freundlich eingewiesen und auch bei Rückfragen an Mathias während des Aufenthalts erhielten wir kurzfristig Antwort und Hilfe. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es genügend Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind gepflegt (während unseres Aufenthalts wurde 2x gereinigt, auch Marc war sehr freundlich). Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Wenn man noch etwas (auf hohem Niveau) verbessern könnte, wäre eine Zwischenreinigung oder wenigstens Putzutensilien um mal durchzusaugen toll. Für unsere Familie war es unproblematisch, aber eventuell könnte man in der Hausbeschreibung ausführen, dass 1 Schlafzimmer außerhalb des Hauses in einem separaten Anbau liegt. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder!

EXCELLENCE - almost

This is a FABULOUS holiday property - all as described. It was almost perfect accept that the rear self contained bedroom/shower room is in need of a FAN as there is no window. Mathias is on hand in resort, if you have any problem. I would not hesitate to return to this property and can recommend it highly. PETER.

Super Location mit hohem Wellnessfaktor

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme/Reservierung bis zur Betreuung vor Ort und der Ausstattung haben mein Mann und ich eine super Woche in der Casa Princesa Ico verbracht.Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns nicht nur ein super sauberes Objekt sondern auch ein Wellcome Package bestehend aus Getränken, Obst und Snacks. Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna waren ebenfalls absolut neuwertig und super gewartet. Das Haus ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet , hier fehlt es an nichts!Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!. A lovely house close to everything!

The house was extremely well presented and had everything we needed for a family stay in Puerto del Carmel. It is around 5 minute walk to the beach front. we stayed as a family of 6 with 5 adults and 1 child. House has everything you need for a good holiday. Everything was brand new and Lynne who checked us in and looked after us while there, was wonderful.
