Welcome to our full air-conditioned spacious two-room apartment (54 m²). It is very peaceful, recently renovated, tastefully decorated, and fully fitted. It features an excellent seafront location with a terrace (18 m²) that offers a breath-taking view of the sea and mountains. The apartment offers a bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined. There is a living room with a sofa bed, as well as an full equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher. International SAT-TV and a fast fibre glass WiFi Internet connection free to use. The new renovated bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There is also a large, furnished and sunny terrace.

It is an ideal relaxation spot for couples or small families.

Apartment complex Monseñor has 7 pools (2 children pools), one of which has a slide and the big pool on the top is heated by solar energy. More 6 lifts (3 of them offer a panoramic view). Furthermore, there is a tennis court, a squash court, a game zone (billiards, table football, table tennis, stationary bike), a playground, a pool bar, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a typical Canary Islands tapas bar, a mini market, a barber shop, and an outside area with fitness equipment. Free parking just in front of the complex is possible. The whole area offers free wireless internet.

Enjoy some of the 300+ yearly days of sun in one of the best climates in the world. The spacious, south-east facing terrace offers a great view of the sunrise and receives direct sunlight until about 4 p.m. Garden furniture, sun loungers, and beach towels are, of course, available for you to use. A large sunblind provides shade when needed. It is a private place and is not managed by a tour operator. For this reason, tranqulity and relaxation are guaranteed. The tenants come from everywhere in Europe and are mostly middle-aged. The house rules must be respected. All shared amenities can be used free of charge.

At walking distance (200 m), there is a small shopping centre with a large Spar supermarket (home delivery of your groceries is possible), a pharmacy, an ATM, restaurants, cafés, an Irish Pub, and shops. You can reach Playa del Cura Beach (a shallow sloping sandy beach) within 3 minutes walking (350 m). Other beaches in the surrounding area: Amadores (1,5 km, carribean sand in an enclosed swimming bay), Puerto Rico (4 km, night life, shopping, and harbour), and Puerto de Mogan is 9 km away. The bus stop next to the shopping centre takes you all directions: Airport, Mogan, Playa del Ingles, Las Palmas. A wonderful 18-hole golf course (Anfi Tauro Golf) is located just 2 kilometres away. Other activity options in the surroundings: tennis, beach volley, swimming, diving, sailing, surfing, jet skiing, boat excursions, fishing, trekking, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, motorbike tours, parasailing, and so on.

From the airport, you can reach the resort by bus or rental car. A shuttle service is available upon request.
