Sehr gute gemütliche Wohnung . Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Parkplatz und Fahrrad Abstellung sehr gut. Wir kommen sehr gerne zurück. Bis bald!!!

Alles war perfekt bis auf den Baustellenlärm von nebenan.aber das lässt sich wohl nicht vermeiden wenn ein neues Haus gebaut wird.😌

Einfach super

Lage der Wohnung war ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand hatte mann nur 10 Minuten Fußweg, wenn man wie ich langsam ist. Der Fahrradkeller und der Abstellplatz fürs Auto waren sehr gut. Kommen gerne wieder.

Bewertung der Fewo

Der Ort Duhnen und die Lage der Fewo waren unschlagbar. In der Wohnung selbst, müssten Renovierungen bzw. Austausch einiger Gegenstände vorgenommen werden. Der Duschkopf hängt d.h. duschen unter dem Wasserstrahl unmöglich. Der riesige Fleck auf dem Sofa war dezent mit einer Sofadecke überdeckt. Nach genauem hinschauen entdeckt, das dass Sofa völlig voller Flecken ist, ekelig. Zu wenig Möglichkeiten die Kleidung für 2 Personen unterzubringen, haben mehr oder weniger 10 Tage aus dem Koffer gelebt.

Saubere Wohnung, sehr ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles was man so braucht und auch Dinge wie ein Staubsauger oder Wäscheständer sind vorhanden, was wir persönlich sehr praktisch und gut fanden.

Wohnungszustand

Das Bett knarrte bei jeder Bewegung, sollte mal erneuert bzw. instandgesetzt werden! Der Tisch war beschädigt, ebenso der Kunststofftisch auf dem Balkon (ein Teil der Seitenumrandung war ausgebochen), die Balkonstühle sahen auch nicht mehr schön aus, es war auch nur ein Sitzkissen vorhanden, dass völlig durchnässt auf dem Balkon lag; im Bad hingen mehrere Spinnweben von der Decke.
