For your convenience, this home includes a washer and dryer along with FREE WIFI.
We are happy to welcome you to our home and to share that we are not only following the recommended guidelines but we hired the services of the Healthy Building Certificate (HBC) to train our cleaning staff, implement all recommended safety procedures and certify that all sanitation requirements are correctly executed. Our goal is to guarantee a safe stay for you, your family and friends by doing what we really like: making our guests feel at home!

House was not worth the VRBO price and value. Carpet, floors & walls were filthy.

Our family just completed our stay at 2630 Tranquillity Way, Kissimmee, FL 34746. Here are the things we found wrong with the property: Things to be fixed with this house: Clean the carpet Paint or wash the walls Fix the broken screen door to the back door Fix the electrical sockets in the Master bedroom upstairs Make sure trash is picked up daily, we had old trash in the bin upon arrival and did not have daily pickups There were two lizards inside the house in the back bedroom upstairs to the right, which made it unlivable. There were lizards running around the property. Send an exterminator to put something down to keep them away from the house. Fix or replace the broken ironing board. Replace the tumbler in the front door that the maintenance guy removed. Maintenance took 2-3 days to respond to repair calls. They need to be more responsive. We believe this property will better reflect the name of “Executive Villas” who represented VRBO once these items are resolved. Thanks in advance for your attention to these matters.

Horrible experience - Customer Service

This house was horrible and the management company ExecVillas is awful. We took my real estate team for a national conference. After emailing aback and forth because the office staff had no clue, we still didn’t get a resolution to the pool heater being turned on after paying for it. The remotes were broken and wasn’t able to use the living room TV. The internet was also very slow and didn’t allow for streaming. After many calls, they say to email the manager and then he says call. It was a very frustrating time and didn’t allow us time to enjoy the house. The HVAC also kept resetting to 78 degrees and had to be adjusted every day manually. The carpets were nasty and need replacing. I do NOT recommend staying here or using Exec Villas.
