The holiday home Wangerland is a non-smoking semi-detached house, which is beautifully quiet in a private street (dead end) with only nine houses away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle. The beach, as well as the village with its cozy restaurants and shops are easy to reach from here.
The house was renovated and modernized in 2017. It is fully equipped for six people and toddlers. The spacious south / west terrace with awning invites you to linger. The fenced property is ideal for children playing. But dog owners will also enjoy it. There is also a garage with an adjoining storage room for bicycles, as well as two parking spaces.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war optimal.Mit dem Auto zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeit 2 Minuten, Restaurants ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Das es einen Strandkorb in Hooksiel in der Nähe vom Strandhaus 1 gibt ist besonders positiv hervorzuheben.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei Gelegenheit mit Sicherheit wieder buchen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr schnell und freundlich.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Die Lage ist super. Fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Einschließlich Garage, Stellplatz, Fahrräder und Strandkorb. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Duschkabine im EG bedarf unserer Meinung nach einer Erneuerung. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war problemlos und sehr freundlich.

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes FH. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Satelitenanlage geht aber nur wenn die Markiese eingefahren ist. Bis zum Ortskern 1km Fussmarsch. Dusche im EG könnte annehmbarer gestaltet werden.

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus zum Entspannen
Sauberes, geräumiges Ferienhaus mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht, um entspannen zu können (vor allem auch im Urlaub mit Baby). Alles lief reibungslos, danke auch nochmals an die Gastgeber für die Mühe im Vorfeld der Anreise.

Schönes großes Haus
Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und direkt im Ort und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist für ein großes Auto etwas eng. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, hat Waschmaschine und Trockner und man findet auch Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf, wie z.B. Toilettenpapier vor. Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer funktioniert einwandfrei. Ein bisschen umständlich fanden wir, dass wir für den Schlüssel zu Beginn und am Ende extra nach Horumersiel mussten. Da wäre eine Übergabe in der Wohnung schöner und ein Liegenlassen des Schlüssels am Ende einfacher. Sonst können wir uns nicht beschweren.

Sehr schöne Urlaubswoche!
Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche in einem tollen Ferienhaus mit Garten! Die Radtouren nach Horumersiel, Wilhelmshaven und Jever haben uns gefallen. Für das nächste Jahr würden wir gerne wieder buchen!

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr nett und zielorientiert. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung hervorragend: alles war vorhanden. Der eigene Strandkorb und die Fahrräder sind natürlich ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal! Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 kleinen Hunden und einem Baby dort und alle haben sich "sauwohl" gefühlt. Hooksiel ist ohnehin klein und fein. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt: jederzeit wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche!
Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Haus und Garten. Die Umgebung ist sowieso toll. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bäcker, Lebensmittel und Gastronomie. Tankstelle ist auch nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Trotz der Lage ist es sehr ruhig gewesen. Unserer Meinung nach, wäre das Haus für höchstens 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Kinder bis Teenageralter und oder ein Kleinkind/Baby geeignet. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder mieten.

Wir waren zufrieden
Die Raumaufteilung ist gut. Schöne stimmungsvolle Bilder in jedem Raum. Die Ausstattung ist gut strukturiert, besonders in der Küche. Es ist alles vorhanden was im Alltag benötigt wird. Einzig der Verkehr von der Straße dringt deutlich wahrnehmbar zum Haus.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Für uns (3 Erwachsene 2 Kinder) war es in Ordnung und ausreichend. Bei Einzug war es sauber und hygienisch. Unter der Couch und zwischen den Couchritzen aber verschmutzt (Staub, Krümel), aber Zusammengefasst schon sauber. Im Inserat wurde ein Wäschetrockner angegeben, was sich dann als Wäscheständer entpuppte, was das trocknen der Wäsche dann etwas verzögerte. Alles in allem aber ein empfehlenswertes Haus.
