31 day min, Charming 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bath, w/ small living room rear detached guest house with private gated entrance and 2 outdoor patios (covered & uncovered) with 2 tables, 6 chairs and lots of plants. Driveway parking extra $100/mo if available and street parking included (permit and non permit). Very quiet, no parties or loud noise. New to VRBO so I dont have reviews + use other apps. If you are in LA and want to see house in person let me know. 31 day minimum

I love learning about health and wellness. I have lots of books on improving yourself you can read during your stay. I enjoy traveling and cruising around the world from Phoenix to Mandalay. I've been in LA for over 28 years so if you need tips on places to go let me know. I enjoy thrift store shopping, hiking, biking and going out to eat.
Why they chose this property
Well maintained house with lots of charm. Private entrance and 2 relaxing outdoor spaces where you can sit in the sun w/ water fountain or read a book in the shade on the outdoor patio. 1 full bath with shower and also a 1/2 bath. Living room has Sealy queen size super comfy new pull out couch. 3 TV's so everyone can watch what they want on Roku.
What makes this property unique
Solar and tank less water heater so no waiting or running out of hot water in the shower! Plus the solar water heater is good for the environment. Lots of plants, i grow epiphyllum cacti so if your there in the spring you will see some amazing colorful blooms.
