Prime south Cape Coral home on large lot. Sailboat access with less then 10 minutes to the gulf. New pool in February 2024. Great lanai with west view. Room to tie a boat to the dock with bumpers and cleats. Kayaks available. No electrical fees!!

My husband and I have been married for 38 years and have 3 beautiful children and 7 wonderful grandkids. We live in Minnesota and hope to spend some retirement days is Florida in the future.
Why they chose this property
We selected this property because of its location. We love the quiet neighborhood and how quick we can get to the gulf. We can run to Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, St. James Island, to just name a few, in no time at all. We hope to be able to do more adventures soon. Restaurants and beaches are close, either by car or by boat.
What makes this property unique
We hope you come and enjoy the firepit when it's cool and the lanai every day. If you don't have a boat, jump in the Kayaks and explorer the canals. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe.
