The place was well maintained, very comfortable with jacuzzi tubs and king beds in each room. On the 3rd floor so lots of steps. Plenty of convenient parking, good location with nice porch and view of the water. Will return.

Week Long Stay
The bath mats were dirty. There is a pool and small playground, however, the hot tub was out of order at the pool. The hot tub had stagnant water in it, which attracted a lot of bugs. There were bugs all over the pool area, yes I know its an outdoor pool, but it was more than I've ever experienced before. The playground was small, but that wasn't why we were choosing this condo. My daughter got bit by a spider one night while we were there. My husband killed, what looked like a brown recluse spider the following night. Also, on the morning we checked out I had some sort of bug bite, and my delighter had 1 more. We hadn't been outside anywhere the night before, we had dance comp all day/evening, went to eat, then went back to the condo. There was a dirty cup in the cabinet when we got there. Other than that it was fine. Also, no elevator so if you have issues going up 2 flights of stairs pick somewhere else.
The property was the perfect location. The only thing that wasn’t listed is that it is a 3 floor unit with NO elevator!! We were meeting family for Christmas and I had communicated with owner about Christmas decor and he said they did little…there wasn’t any!!! At 4 pm on Christmas Eve I am out trying to find a Christmas tree!!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. I loved being able to use the screen porch in the morning--watching those fishing in boats while drinking coffee and enjoying the morning quiet.
The place was roomy and had everything we needed. It was close enough to all the Branson attractions, but gave us some quiet time when needed.
I am a picky person when it comes to cleaning and felt there were a few places missed, but the majority of the place looked great!
We would definitely recommend to others.

The apartment was nice. The down side is there was no indication that the apartment was on the third floor with no elevator. There were elderly people in our party that had a very different time climbing the stairs.
The location was perfect as it was out of town but within 7 minutes of everything. The screened porch overlooking the lake was so peaceful. The condo was clean and appeared to be newly painted and decorated. Great place to spend our time in Branson
This property owner obviously has taken great pride in stealing from us. We rented and paid in advance 2 night, check out at 10:00 am. We both have health issues and didn't sleep well. We left before sleeping the 2nd night. Realized within 3 hours I left our TWO cell phone chargers in unit letting the host know via email. The next morning I left a text message at 8:00. This would be before our expired time paid at 10:00. No response from either whereas the host was prompt prior. I pleaded to send a postage paid envelope or to hold till we could get back there in a couple of weeks. After trying to buy some replacements it hits me. I'm spending $120 to replace our only source of communicating. I bet he's pocketing our merchandise. It's the only explanation! We are elderly and disabled. This leaves a very BAD taste to swallow.
