This 3 bedroom 3 bath home has all en suite bathrooms and with the sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps 8.

The beachy vibe of this house will instantly transform you into relaxation mode. The open floor plan allows Gulf views while lounging, watching TV, playing games or making a snack in the well equipped kitchen that features SS appliances, granite countertops and plenty of cabinet storage. There is also a queen sleeper sofa here to sleep 2.

Down the hall from the living area is the king sized primary bedroom with en suite bath featuring dual vanities and beautiful walk in shower.
Next door is the second bedroom that is queen sized with combo shower/tub bath.

Up one flight is the third bedroom and is the ultimate in "getting away from it all". Queen sized, with the third en suite bath and private deck with more magnificent views of the white sandy beach and emerald waters. What a spot to watch a sunrise or sunset under the stars with a cup of coffee or a night cap.

All bedrooms have flat screen TV's there is no carpeting (except on the stairs) and there is a washer/dryer here for your convenience.

After a long day collecting shells and playing in the surf, come back to the private community pool for a dip before supper!

2 kayaks are offered for you to use while here. There is garage parking for 2 cars as well as driveway parking for 2.
There is also a gas grill for your use.
