In town because Austin is AWESOME:) Need a relaxing staycation in the heart of the 78704? Come stay at the coolest little backyard cottage in the Zilker area. This studio cottage is poolside and walking distance to Alamo Drafthouse, Soto, Uchi, Gibson Bar, Ramen Tastuya and Lamar Village restaurants and bars. Close to downtown (1.7 miles) Barton Springs (0.7 miles) and Lady Bird Lake Trail.
This comfy cozy rental has a private entrance, patio, small backyard, and parking for up to 3 cars. Rental includes access to outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor TV, mini put put green, grill, and fire pit. Back yard is a shared space w/owner.. who is rarely home.

This 350 square foot unit has a brand new plush queen mattress that pulls down and up for more space and the couch pulls out into a double sized bed to sleep up to 4 guests. Laundry in unit as well as a mini-fridge and microwave. Brand new TV has Netflix HBO Max and mirror play. Everything you need and more for a short stay in the best neighborhood in the Austin Area.

Amazing stay

The house is adorable, it has everything you need and is a short walk to Zilker. Kim is the best, and I would absolutely stay again. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area is a definite plus

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in a uniquely quaint and cozy casita. The grounds were perfect! Pool felt amazing! The bed was so comfortable! Definitely will come back and visit.

Such an amazing quiet little home. Very comfortable for 1 or 2 guest. I loved the feeling and the vibes this little home has. It is easy to find and close to a lot of favorite spots. I would recommend this home to anyone! Kim is a super host.

Place was clean, easy to check in, walking distance to many things. We came into town for the races at COTA and it was only a 20 min drive there. In town but didnt feel like it, quiet and relaxing!

Great spot in the heart of south central Austin

This is a great place to stay for a taste of what makes Austin special. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near Zilker, the casita is wonderfully maintained and perfect for a weekend getaway. Updated bath and comfortable bedroom makes this ideal for a couple. Would definitely stay here again!

Trendy Guesthouse in the Heart of South Austin

This is an oasis of peace by a fantastic owner!

Fantastic location! the room is perfect. it needs whatever you need. It is like Kimberly, the owner, is thing ahead by anticipating your needs. I could not ask for more. Kimberly is a fantastic person!!!!!! Super dog-friendly! Love her!!!!! Next time I come to Austin I will be back.

Quaint Casita

Bright and eclectic space within walking distance of some good restaurants. The lanai is a nice spot to sip wine or enjoy morning coffee. The host is very friendly.

Perfect Location + Amazing Yard

The location for the property is perfect in a quiet, but very walkable neighborhood. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants a block away and a quick walk/bike ride to Barton Springs, Zilker Park or downtown. Kim was a fantastic host and made it easy to take advantage of the pool and hot tub in her incredible outdoor space.

Perfect Getaway

My sister and I just recently visited Amanda’s Charming casita for a girl’s weekend, and it was the best! Perfect space and location in Austin next to several good eats and shopping. Definitely recommend staying here!
