Welcome to Ambiance vacation rental!
Entire space (Not shared)
A high ceiling blue cabin with lots of lights making the space bright, small and cozy but enough to enjoy the amenities that include a pool table and many more games for entertainment. The most unique part of the home the balcony with nature views. There are 2 levels both levels include bedroom and bathrooms. There are 3 smart TVS includes apps like Netflix and other popular apps. The home displays more of a modern cabin feel.

First level- 2 bedrooms with a full-size bed and second bedroom with a twin size and futon.
Second Level- King size bed

There are 3 ceiling fans, 2 Fans and a portable air conditioner.

Loft is great for couples. There is a pool table and a beautiful outdoor balcony deck with a tiny table and two chairs to relax on. Room with the twin bed has a door that leads to outdoor lounge.

Nice community and responsive owner

We stayed for 4 days in March. The property is in a very nice gated community with 24/7 staff in the front office building. We arrived late (11pm) but check in was smooth. The property is old but clean and spacious. Two rooms and a full bath in first floor and a big loft and half bath upstairs. The living room is huge with 2 story ceiling. The owner is super responsive answering questions within minutes.

Great stay

Loved the place. It was clean, looked like the pics, plenty of sleeping area. There was plenty of kitchen utensils and the jacuzzi was great for us and the trampoline was great for the kids. Communication w the host was top notch and the location was great for water parks and golf. Highly reccomend.

Getaway stay

The home is as advertised besides the one person jetted tub in the home. The hot tub is fantastic, and the house provides everything you need to cook, and relax. The cleanliness of the home was less than expected, food from a previous stay was found on the floor when we arrived, and there was lots of dust in the home all over the place. The outdoor landscaping was not maintained so the grass was high, and not usable. Overall, for the price it’s a decent place to stay, but we will not be booking again.

Home away from Home

So at first we were directed to a locked gate through GPS but quickly figured out that we had to gain access through the gatehouse which went smoothly enough. Then when we got to the house the carpet in front of the bathroom was soaking wet, my son went out the sliding glass door to the porch and it came off the track, the TV's didn't get reception and one of the doors from the porch doesn't even open. We called and the people were quiet helpful but had to wait 2 days of my vacation to get the door fixed and TV's working. While cooking the door of the stove broke which we fixed ourselves but what we were baking burned, and the amenities that we went there for were not ever open to us, the beach, paddle boats and kayaks which was all disappointing. The pool was nice and we were able to play tennis, the home had some things for cooking like oil and salt/pepper which was also nice. Once everything stopped breaking we had a relaxing time and the owners were attentive, perhaps it was just bad luck.

Cozy

We had a family vacation here to get away from the city. The house had microwave utensils cups pans/pots and even seasonigs almost everything you needed. The house was really cozy although it snowed outside we were warm inside. My kids had a blast in the trampoline and in the evenings deer walked by. The owner was responsive right away ,We look forward to come back again.

My review

The jacuzzi upstairs is not big at all like the picture suggests. It’s actually a one person tub with jacuzzi jets in the tub. Not what we expected so that was a little disappointing and we were unable to have our planned ladies night in the jacuzzi. The pool table was also damaged so we were not able to use that as well. Another upset for us because we planned on utilizing it throughout the stay. Other then that the stay was nice when I contacted management they were very helpful and got back to me very quickly. Would I stay here again of course!!!
