Issy: 1 room apartment in Oberuhldingen

Welcome to our apartment "Issy" in Uhldingen / Lake Constance. From here to the free beach, the UNESCO World Heritage pile dwellings and the jetty to the island of Mainau and all other Bodenseehäfen or to the tractor museum you need only about 20 minutes on foot or 8 minutes by bike.
Directly from the apartment idyllic paths invite you to excursions into the hinterland with Schloss Salem, the Monkey Mountain or the Baroque church Birnau. Meersburg and Überlingen are only about 8 km away.
"Issy" is located in our family house at ground level and has about 30 sqm for max. 2 persons.
In July 2016, we have the apartment modern, bright and comfortable. It has 1 double bed (180x200), satellite TV, a new ALNO fitted kitchen with stove, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and a bathroom with shower.
A private terrace with seating invites you to linger.
Our house is quietly located in a residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, next to a large field. Nevertheless, it is the center of the village with supermarket, bakery and other shops and bus and train only about 5 minutes walk.
The apartment has its own parking space for cars and bicycles.

A lovely host with a nice apartment
Ute was very friendly and welcome to us, very hospitable. The room had practically everything we needed, we could easily cook for ourselves. Everything was nice and clean. The apartment stayed cool during the hot days, which is nice after discovering the area for hours in 33 degrees C.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, alles da, was man benötigt: Küche mit Spülmaschine, schönem Geschirr, Gläsern, alle möglichen Küchenutensilien, schönes Bett, gute Matratzen und ein schönes Bad. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber, hell, sehr gepflegt mit schöner kleiner Terrasse für Mahlzeiten und "Chillen" nach unseren Radtouren. Die Vermieterin war super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir waren total zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft für eine Auszeit zu Zweit sehr weiterempfehlen !!

Die Wohnung wirkt größer als auf den Fotos . Uns hat die liebevolle stilvolle Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da oder besser viel mehr da für einen gelungenen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung;) Unsere Ebikes konnten wir sicher in einer Garage abstellen u auch das Auto hatte einen Parkplatz. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung Issy.

Perfecte uitvalbasis
De accommodatie is zeer compleet en schoon. Een heerlijke uitvalsbasis om de Bodensee te verkennen.Ligt in een rustige wijk, dichtbij winkels en plaatsen als Meersburg, Konstanz en Salem. Wij hebben veel gefietst, en konden onze fietsen stallen in de garage. De communicatie met de vriendelijke gastvrouw verliep fijn. Zij was bereikbaar voor vragen en tips op een prettige manier. Meersburg hebben we meerdere malen op onze e-bike (ongeveer 15 min. fietsen) bezocht. Prachtig stadje om te vertoeven en lekker dichtbij. Prachtig staats wijnhuis Kortom, een prima accommodatie als je op zoek bent naar een mooie uitvalsbasis om de Bodensee te verkennen.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage
Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und Frau Zell-Al-Bahrani ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Der Freisitz ist super für ein Glas Wein oder zum draußen Essen, bei unserem Aufenthalt (an Ostern) war es allerdings noch nicht ganz warm genug. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: man ist zu Fuß in 20 min in Unteruhldingen am See und auch zur Birnau ist es nicht weit. Mit dem Auto sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, von Meersburg bis Salem und von Lindau bis Konstanz gut zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter.

Bodenseeurlaub mit Zeppelinflug ab Friedrichshafen
Wir sind sehr freundlich von Ute aufgenommen worden und hatten einen sehr gute Unterkunft, sie war in jeder Beziehung hilfsbereit, Wäschewechsel etc., haben das Pfahlbauten Unteruhldingen, Fähre zur Insel Mainau und zurück, Pfänderbahn zum Pfänder genommen mit tollen Rundumblick Bodensee, Bregenz Altstadt und Uferprommenade, Freibäder Meersburg uns Immenstaad besucht, Tracktorenmuseum, Friedrichshafen Seeprommenade mit 72. Seehasenfest, Schlosskirche, etc. Denkmal Graf Zeppelin mit 45 Minutigen Zeppelinflug gemacht ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, Konztanz Autofähre, ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit viel Sonne

Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, sehr schön, sauber, alles modern eingerichtet, hier haben wir uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Fahrräder hatten eine Garage. Super!
