Featuring a multi-tiered deck and patio, private pool and all the essentials, this home features everything you need for the perfect getaway. Soak up the sun on the private deck and head up to the crow's nest for a bird's-eye view overlooking Santa Rosa Beach. This is a great vantage point for viewing beautiful sunrises! Spend the days by the pool, sunning on the deck or sipping drinks in the shade of the covered patio. In the evenings, fire up the grill for a family barbecue. A full kitchen, private washer/dryer, and wireless internet provide all the convenience of home.

Nice House, Room for Improvements
Overall, the house was exactly as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The inside of the house was well laid out, and clean. The air conditioning and fans worked great to keep the house at a desired temperature. We also enjoyed the outside area by the pool and the roof top deck. The wifi worked great and we used the living room television without any issues to watch and stream. There were definitely a few things that could be improved including the cookware in the kitchen which was VERY limited and heavily used, the refrigerator ice dispenser not working well, and the outdoor patio furniture being a little overused. We did not use either of the two grills (one charcoal, one gas), but they both seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The pool is small, but still very nice. One challenge with it is that it is surrounded by lots of trees and it is constantly having leaves, acorns, etc. fall into the pool. So it ended up being quite dirty. The pool skimmer net was broken/unusable so we needed to have pool cleaners come out during our stay.

Sugar Sands
We had an overall great experience with Sugar Sands! It was nice having quick access to the beach, both by driving and by car. The house itself was in nice order and check in/out was very easy. We were very happy with the option to do an early check in, especially after our travel from Atlanta with a 4 year old in tow! We absolutely loved having the pool in the backyard and frequented it every single day/night!

Great location to Seaside and Seagrove
This is a great house for your family. The pool is inviting. The open concept is quite nice, and the TVs when you watched them were great. The only thing is if you cook, you may want to bring an extra pan but other than that, it’s a 4.9 out of five.

Property and house was nice with great location on quiet street. Overall had nice stay at the house, pool area was nice. Only issues had was the AC either didnt work properly in the master bedroom or room was too big too cool down. We set the AC at 69 and the whole house would stay cool but the master bedroom would not cool down and remain warm throught the day and night making it difficult to sleep. Also the kitchen sink had a strong odor coming from it anytime water was run into the sink. Other than those 2 issues house was great for a family of 4.

Easy beach access
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. The kitchen could use some attention. It was clean but is pretty barebones, kinda made it hard to cook meals. The coffee maker was nice! The pool was nice. Plenty of pool toys! The pool lounge sets and chairs could really use some new cushions. Beach access was very easy! We usually stay on the beach so I was a little nervous about beach access. But, there was no need to be nervous. It was an easy walk!

Nice location - could be better
The location was great and within walking distance to the beach. However, there could have been a handful of things done to make the stay better. The pool area and patio was dirty and unkept landscaping made it so we had to spend some time sweeping off the patio each day. The chairs and tables were unorganized and haphazardly placed upon arriving. Inside the house had they added additional items to make the stay better it would have been perfect. The furniture is a bit worn, the kitchen was lacking basic cleaning supplies to clean up after dinners, you are provided with a few trash bags and roll of paper towels and very minimal kitchen supplies.

word to potential renters... usually kitchens in rentals (in my experience) are stocked with a few essentials (salt, pepper, maybe a bit of oil). The kitchen here is completely without.

Santa Rosa is the best
The house was wonderful. Everything was as stated. For me, the location can not be beat. Within 2 miles in any direction are restaurants, grocery stores, beaches. Definitely looking forward to coming back

Spacious Home with pool
The location of the home is convenient to the beach, Café 30A, and Angelina’s all within walking distance. The interior is very spacious and updated with minimalistic décor. The master bedroom and bath are nice and appealing. Since it was only the two of us, we didn’t have any need for the other two bedrooms or bathroom, but they appeared to be very nice. The utility room contains a newer washer and dryer with plenty of space to store some items during your stay. The house and pool were both very clean upon our arrival. One thing missing from the home is a booklet containing directions to the beach, how to operate the TV, a listing of nearby restaurants, house info, etc. We managed to figure out how to get the living room TV to operate and were able to sign on to our YouTube account. The outside of the home could really use some TLC especially the backyard. The pavers around the pool area were totally covered with palm tree droppings and evergreen twigs which could have easily been cleaned up with a leaf blower prior to our arrival. I used a broom to sweep off the area. The steps to the upper poach overview are blocked by overgrown tree branches. The grill had seen better days, was dirty plus the burners were partially rusted away. No grill utensils were available. FYI Beachwood Villas Beach access is the closest to the home, but it has very limited beach space available as it is bordered on both sides by private beaches. The space is probably only 70-80 ft wide.

This house, though quite basic in decor, had nice amenities like the back porch and pool, and was a close walk to the beach. Just enough space for a small group or family. It gets the job done! Would recommend.

Family of six Birthday Celebration
Very nice and clean in a great location. Short walk to beach. Backyard pool accommodated us well. Would recommend this home Plenty of room for six people. I was invited to go with my son’s family for birthdays. Very nice stay.

Great location
A great location - just a short walk from the beautiful public beach. The house was large, clean and comfortable. The backyard was great, except for the busy bank parking lot at the rear of the property, which also seemed to be used in the evening hours for valet parking for a nearby restaurant. The exterior of the house could use some scrubbing and a coat of paint, too. All in all, though, we appreciated the property.

Perfect Location & Home
This home was perfect for my family (2 kids + husband) for our Thanksgiving holiday. Open floor plan to the pool (which we had heated and was WONDERFUL). It is less than 1 block to a public beach access. Lots of beach toys / pool toys are provided. Home very well maintained. Will recommend this home to anyone visiting the Seaside area.

Wonderful Beach Home
This home was spacious and beautiful and a VERY short walk to the beach!! Easy to go back and forth to the beach as needed. The home was very clean and perfect for 6 people. We loved having our own pool too!! The only thing I would critique is that I think they could have provided the basics like trash bags, paper towels, scissors, the types of everyday use items that we ended up having to go buy as soon as we got in. Other than that, there are absolutely no complaints!!

Overall great place at a great beach
Overall we were very happy with this rental. The house was clean, with linens and towels (not beach towels) provided. Plenty of room. The pool was a good size and the pack patio area was private and the lit palm trees were a nice touch at night. The beach was a quick walk although we rented a golf cart to get around the are all week. Plenty of restaurants and stores around for whatever you need.

Perfect Beach Getaway
We rented this location for a girls getaway. Proximity to the beach was AMAZING! Plus, you are located right in the middle of Rosemary Beach and Miramar Beach, without the hustle and bustle. Do note that this rental does not supply back stock of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and other disposable goods. However, the Publix is a quick 5 minute drive away.
