Eine schöne, modern ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Durch zwei moderne Bäder kein Stau beim Zähneputzen oder duschen. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Komplettausstattung
Wir haben als Familie zwei Wochen Urlaub in Matulji gemacht und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz für Kinder. Alles war äußerst gepflegt und sehr sauber. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Top Unterkunft! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely Stay in Matulji
Lovely host and well equpped apartment with a spacious salon and w bedrooms. Fascilities were amazing and although we didnt have a car it was quite easy to get to Rijeka and Opatija by bus or train. Shops within a 15 minute short walk to the centre, and a Lidl a bit further down. Domestic Centipedes were a bit scary but overall it was a very nice stay

Buen apartamento
Hemos estado alojados cinco noches. El apartamento es estupendo ,todo nuevo limpio y con todo lo que se puede pedir a una casa. Los dueños de el apartamento fueron súper amables. El exterior de la casa es precioso. La única pega es que esta bastante aislado y hay que coger el coche para todo pero por lo demás muy bien. Gracias a los dueños por su trato y amabilidad nos hicieron sentir como en nuestra propia casa. Un saludo.

So wie man es sich wünscht
Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig, man kann mit dem Fahrzeug direkt vor dem Eingang parken. Alles ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die beiden Badezimmer mit großen bodengleichen Duschen, sind besonders hervorzuheben. Die Küche ist komplett und mit großem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten keinerlei Beanstandungen. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben dort jeden Tag gefrühstückt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem selbst gebrannten Grappa empfangen und auch später mit Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten und Apfelstrudel versorgt. In kurzer Entfernung sind mehrere Supermärkte, sowie Bäcker und Metzger erreichbar. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und können die Ferienwohnung jedermann empfehlen.

Apartament extra, gospodarze Super, umiejscowienie gorzej, wszędzie trzeba było jeździć autem, zero chodników, poboczy (z małymi dziećmi to stanowiło problem). Plaże warte uwagi 8-20km. Ogólne wrażenia pozytywne, zależy kto czego szuka ;)
