A unique and beautiful lake house 2 hours from Nashville, 3 hours from Memphis and 1 hour from I-40 and I-65. Spacious open living areas with a huge deck overlooking gorgeous Kentucky Lake views. This property, with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, is great for spending quality time with family and friends. It is also close to lake recreation, amenities and surrounded by woods and wildlife. We just added a 7 person hot tub to the back patio area.
Clean, bright and airy is how we'd describe this space. There are cozy reading corners and two levels with two separate living areas so plenty of room for adults and kids to have their own spaces. Walk out basement includes fire pit and gorgeous views. Perfect for hunting, fishing groups as well as getaways with family or friends.
Master has a king with a large walk in closet (perfect for tucking away a pack n play). The second upstairs bedroom is small, but cozy with another walk in closet and queen bed. The downstairs area has 2 additional bedrooms: one with a king and one with 2 bunk beds. The common space downstairs is set up for movies and games.
This property is in a rural area with few amenities beyond nature and outdoor/water activities. Access to the property is via a well maintained gravel road with some steep inclines. The house is beautiful, chic, and clean. My family talked about how nice it was. The drive is a bit out of the way, but worth it for the quiet and the view.
This house was an amazing! We enjoyed our stay.
Exactly what we were expecting, house off the beaten path, in a remote area. Just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of our every day life. Amazing views of the night sky, which was an added bonus.
We will be back for furure stays!
This is a nice property. It is pretty remote. The bedrooms upstairs were very nice with ample space. The remote for light and ceiling fan was a nice touch. It was rainy when we were there so all the games and puzzles were a nice addition. We just wish the table upstairs was larger with better seating. The chairs tipped over while occupied by the 6 and five year old at dinner.
We were looking for a cozy place to enjoy family time this Christmas and boy, did we find it! The cabin was beautiful with spacious bedrooms to accommodate 7 adults comfortably. We would have liked a little more seating in the upstairs living area and around the kitchen table, but we made it work and had a great time watching movies, doing crafts, and eating meals together. There was even a gorgeous Christmas tree that we were not expecting. It was perfect.
After the fun, rollercoaster ride, up and down the driveway, the Point of View house appears tiny, but as soon as you open the front door, you realize, it’s so much bigger. My husband & I, brought our adult sons, and four friends. Older adults, slept on the main level, while the young adults took over the walkout, lower level. This home has everything you could possibly need and more! All the extra pillows and blankets, extra chairs, and the coolest assorted cups, to hold your beverages, we’re icing on the cake. This home is very private, and has the most spectacular views, which is what we will miss the most. The Vincent’s, were incredible! They responded in a timely manner, and took care of any issues promptly. We are so grateful to them, for sharing their stunning home. We spent a day in Nashville, and a day exploring Land Between the Lakes. We would 100% stay here again!
This was a great little getaway for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was clean, spacious, and relaxing.
Our group stayed for the Christmas holiday 2021. Everything was amazing! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. View was breathtaking! We arrived after dark so we had some trouble finding the property. However, it was worth the trouble. The owner was very receptive and kind. We look forward to visiting again in the future. We would also just like to say thank you for allowing us to spend our holiday in such a beautiful location. Our kids didn't want to leave!

We love to travel and we love nature! Our dream has been to own a lakehouse and we're excited to finally be able to share it with others.
Why they chose this property
If you long for a peaceful, quiet getaway, then this is your place. It's close to lake amenities, hunting, fishing or my favorite sport: reading in a cozy chair. There are cute small towns nearby like Erin, Dover and Waverly with antiques and shops to explore. We're also close to Paris Landing State Park and Golf Course. If adventure's what you're after, you can find that as well.
What makes this property unique
We’ve added a hot tub. You're able to soak away while you watch the eagles soar and roost for the evening. It's a quiet and beautiful spot to enjoy the stars and all nature has to offer.
