-Primary King BR, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, double vanity, Smart TV & ceiling fan.
-Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer & a drop zone
UPPER LEVEL:
-Guest King BR, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, double vanity, smart TV & ceiling fan.
-Two Queen BR each with smart TVs and ceiling fans* (installed after photos*)
-Full bathroom with double vanity and tub shower combo
-Open loft area with bunks (top twin & bottom full), smart tv, two chairs, side tables
AIRPORT: Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (PCB) or The Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). Both airports are a 45 minute drive to the home.
ACCESS: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guests are required to sign the renter agreement to receive the door code. You will get a personalized door code the day of check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself.
ROADS: When you get to the famous scenic 30A highway, please drive slowly, soak in the views and please be cautious of bikers and pedestrians.
PARKING: Park in front of the cottage in the spacious driveway where space is available for approximately 3 cars. No street parking per HOA.
GOLF CART: Parking pad at back of home with outlet for charging. After completing our agreement, guests receive instructions to access the cart.
Please review these facts prior to booking.
AGE: All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.
OCCUPANCY: 10 Person Maximum. If you bring more people then accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine from local authorities for not adhering to fire safety.
OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERA: There is a security camera on the front porch of the home. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cottage. No candles or outdoor fires are allowed.
WEATHER: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
OUTDOOR GRILL: A large gas grill is provided for your use, please do not move the grill for safety reasons. Grill utensils are supplied as well as propane.
TRASH: Please dump liquids (excludes grease) into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure trash bags in the trash containers next to the driveway. Trash pick up is twice weekly.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please do not throw fibrous foods, bones, eggshells, grease or coffee grounds into the garbage disposal. Also, please don't stick body parts into the garbage disposal. Losing a finger is not going to be a pleasant vacation memory.
PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly homes in the area that would love to host your family.
CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in nor late check-out. We do not allow check-ins nor check-outs on holidays.
BLINDS: All of the bedrooms have window blinds but no blackout curtains. Please bring eye masks if light is bothersome to you in the mornings.
OTHER SAFETY: Do not lean or hang on the railings.
STARTER PACK: Consisting of a dishwasher tablet, a paper towel roll, toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags, dish soap & sponge. Longer stays may require a trip to purchase extra of these items. Shampoo and other toiletries, condiments, ground coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, zip lock bags, and foil are NOT provided.
CHECK OUT:
1. Leave the laundry to us! Bed as-is and towels on the bathroom floor.
2. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on 1 Hour Wash.
3. Please remove all items from the fridge and place all bagged trash in the receptacle outside and place near street for next pick up.
4. Please log out of your TV APPs before departure.
5. Please set thermostat to 75F degrees for AC in summer or 60F for Heat in winter.
6. Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
