Schönes Ferienhaus von netten Gastgebern

Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Das Haus verfügt über eine Wallbox, man muss aber sein Ladekabel mitbringen. Es gibt eigentlich sonst nichts zu bemängeln, außer die Lage direkt an der belebten Straße.

mooi huis slecht gelegen

Is gelegen aan een zeer drukken hoofdweg waar zeer veel zwaar verkeer langs komt wat enorm veel herrie maakt. Aan de andere kant van het huis was een hijskraan die morgens om 07:00 uur begon met werken om een huis te bouwen. De matrassen zijn als beton en hebben ook toppers moeten kopen om enigszins een beetje te kunnen slapen.

Ein toller Urlaub - wir kommen wieder!

Nicht ganz günstig, aber angemessen: eine tolle Unterkunft die wir da gefunden haben. Natürlich ist es an der Strasse nicht leise, doch das haben wir auch nicht erwartet. Toller Garten, in dem der Hund frei laufen konnte, tolle luxuriöse Ausstattung, prima Matratzen in guten Betten. Alles in Laufweite, ein schöner Ort zum Erkunden, also wir waren echt super zufrieden. Gerne kommen wir wieder! Es lohnt sich 😃

Traumhaft

Wir hatten in Bad Tölz und dem Haus der Familie Bichler eine tolle Zeit. Die ganze Region um Bad Tölz ist so traumhaft schön. Wir waren im Sommer dort zum wandern. Murnau, Brauneck, Tegernsee, München und viele weitere Ausflugs- und Wanderziele sind in der Nähe. Zu empfehlen ist auch die Filzer Runde, die man vom Haus aus starten kann. Das Haus ist vom Schlafzimmer bis zur Küche perfekt ausgestattet , auch positiv, dass es an heißen Hochsommer Tagen trotzdem angenehm kühl blieb. Herr Bilcher war immer hilfsbereit und für Fragen offen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus.

Das Haus war in einen top Zustand und es war alles vorhanden was ein Ferienhaus braucht. Im Garten kann man sich gut entspannen. Der Freisitz ist sogar mit einer großen Markise ausgestattet. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen.

Objekt war sehr gepflegt und sauber , Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden ; Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit ; Stadtzentrum zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar , leider liegt Objekt an einer viel befahrenen Straße . Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge. Wir haben viele Bergtouren gemacht und uns auch Städte angesehen. Hervorragend sind auch die Seen in der Umgebung. Vielen Dank 😊

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist toll, super ausgestattet und sauber. Die Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man allerdings schnell, fußläufig in die Natur möchte, ist man hier falsch. Alles in allem aber wirklich zu empfehlen.

Verbesserungswürdig

In den Schlafzimmern im oberen Stock Konnte man nachts nicht schlafen,da das Haus an einer sehr befahrenen Straße liegt,und zudem keine Rollläden vorhanden sind,waren wir leider jeden Morgen um 6 Uhr wach,was natürlich im Urlaub nicht so toll ist😡.Die Mülleimer vor dem Haus,Waren voll,und stanken ganz schön,war nicht so einladend.Alles in allem war es ok,aber für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet 😡

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unsere Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen und fühlten uns wie Zuhause. Auch unser Hund liebte das Haus und fühlte sich wohl, da sie auch viel im Garten sein konnte. In der Umgebung von dem Ferienhaus gibt es super Möglichkeiten um einen Spaziergang mit dem Hund zu machen. Alles in allem hatte wir eine super Woche und auch die Besitzer sind super freundlich. Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen vor allem mit Hund und wir kommen sicher noch einmal zurück.

Gipfelstürmer

Sehr schönes, vollständig eingerichtetes Haus, kürzlich renoviert. Die Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße machten den Aufenthalt im Garten oder bei geöffneten Fenstern lärmbelastet. Dank Kirchturmuhr ( alle 15 Minuten) ist man/frau immer up to date. Over all hat es uns dennoch sehr gut gefallen, da die Region vielfältige Freizeitmöglichkeiten in traumhafter Ungebung bietet.

Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus.

Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus. Vermieter sind sehr nett,was man auch von den Nachbarn sagen kann. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage. Bis ins Stadtzentrum geht man 20 Minuten. Man kann aber auch mit dem Bus fahren.
