Great house, great location!!

This house was very nice, very clean and in a great location! It's close to the airport, The U, and close to downtown! We also liked that it has 4 bathrooms! The master bathtub is awesome! We would defiantly stay here again for future trips to SLC!

Another great stay!

This was my family’s second time staying at this house, and we enjoyed it just as much as we did last year. The house is well-maintained and large enough for all 5 of us to have plenty of space. Having the two-car garage was especially convenient. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to SLC next year for our annual ski trip!

Beautiful, spacious property

This property was in a great quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and beautiful. It was amply supplied with towels, toiletries, and more. It was spacious and had a great area to gather and visit. The host was very helpful and treated us very well. I would highly recommend this property and this host. We would return here again.

Great Place

Stayed for a football weekend. Great location walkable to a great brunch spot, Marmalade Brunch House, and a great food/bar spot, Handle Bar. House has an upstairs and basement tv that was great for watching sports. House feels new and is in great shop.

So wonderful

The house was absolutely perfect! Everything looked new and the place was spotless. The house was close to everything downtown and the neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of room to stretch out. Loved it!

Perfect Home in Perfect Location

We had six women staying for a convention, and this house was absolutely perfect! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, well stocked, and close to the airport and convention center. There was even more space available than expected. The electronic check-in and security devices made us all feel very safe. This home would be great for a couple of families or a group like ours. I had great communication with Brant and I appreciated his flexibility with check-in time. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot near downtown

Fantastic stay!

My family and I (5 adults) stayed here for a week while on a ski trip. We were so impressed with this property! Everything was in excellent condition, and we had everything we needed to be able to cook meals for the week. We’ll definitely book this house again when we come back to SLC next winter!

Great location, very comfy place

We stayed at this property for a long ski weekend and truly enjoyed our visit. The house is well appointed, with plenty of room, and amenities for a comfortable stay having the two car garage was very helpful.

Perfect rental

This house was incredible. It was our 9th Vrbo in 2022 and this one was far and away the best. Super amenities, clean, convenient, comfortable. Loved the gas fireplace and the kitchen. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay.

Great Home for SLC Adventure

This property was beautiful and felt giant. I particularly enjoyed the basement level, which included a bedroom, bathroom, and living area. It’s a great choice for groups of friends with couples or individuals who need more privacy. The location is fantastic- 30 minute walk to Temple Square through a gorgeous neighborhood- and there’s a detached garage!

Perfect house for family gathering.

This spacious well-appointed house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped. It was a great place for our family reunion of 8 adults to meet, in a convenient location in SLC. The owner, Brandt, responded quickly to questions. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

The house and Neibor hood was great!! The house looks even better in person and was nice and clean.. went with 4 friends.. short Uber to town and restaurants.. and Brant was there for any problems we had!! Thank you For the wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Great value

Booking process was very easy. Great communication. Location was superb, close to attractions. Parking was easy and plentiful. Be informed that there is no shampoo and conditioner available. We had to go out and buy it, which was inconvenient. Otherwise we had a great stay.
