Inside, the open-concept main floor invites everyone to gather, with plenty of seating for the whole family to socialize and enjoy each other’s company. Upstairs, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a private ensuite and a lovely balcony where you can relax and take in the sounds of nature.

We provide a starter kit of essentials so you can settle in, unpack, and start relaxing right away without any worries about kitchen or bathroom basics.

The resort community offers an array of family-friendly amenities to enjoy. Take a dip in the large heated swimming pool, soak in an additional hot tub, or have fun at the pool with waterslides. Regal Oaks is a true hidden gem. It's central location and close proximity to Walt Disney World make this resort the perfect choice for many area attractions. Only 2.5 miles outside the gates of Disney, 1.5 blocks to HWY 192 and all the shops/restaurants the area has to offer, you are sure to enjoy your time here. We are ideally located right next door to the world famous "Old Town" and Kissimmee's Fun Spot for the days that you just want to stay close to home and have a light day of activities for the family.

Minimum booking age is 25
A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.

Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 8 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.
We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.

There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.

We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.
