Located one mile and a half (2.4 Km) from the beach and half a mile (1 km) from supermarkets, dining, shopping in the town of Delray Beach awarded the All-American City 3 times 1993, 2001 and 2017! Boutiques, theater, and amazing night life all within a close drive. Yet, the area is peaceful, on a lake with water fountains and many walking trails, and bike paths. The best vacation away from home.
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, remodeled bathrooms with the second bath being in the hallway by the 2nd bedroom includes a shower/tub combo. Hardwood vinyl floors, and spacious kitchen with quartz countertops (NO Popcorn ceilings).
Full kitchen will all the appliances necessary to make a gourmet meal! Overlooks the lake from every window (Except 2nd bedroom). Community is vibrant and has a gym, jacuzzi, 2 HEATED pools and clubhouse/library to enjoy! Private washer and dryer. Parking is close and right in front (spot #28). Callbox and security entrance to building. Safe residential neighborhood.
