A sunny townhome in Bayou Village, this two-story vacation rental is located in the larger Sandestin® Resort community. This bayside getaway is a convenient tram ride from local attractions and emerald waters of the Gulf (complimentary tram passes included). Or, you can use the provided golf cart for easy transportation around town! Start your mornings with coffee in the lovely sunroom, which offers a table and a door to a shared yard space.
Find the two bedrooms upstairs, each fitted with an en-suite bathroom and a TV. One of the rooms is appointed with a private balcony. The open-concept living area presents a TV, sofabed, and seating for the group. The pristine kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to prepare delicious meals. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
