This second-floor condo is located in a securely gated community of a less windy neighborhood in Palm Springs on the famous Palm Canyon Drive. South and beyond the busy downtown strip, it’s still within distance for energetic walkers wanting an early cup of mid-city coffee. This condo sits off the road and has strict rules about noise that might have you believe you’re staying in a retirement community but it welcomes all. Sitting at the base of the San Jacinto mountain range, the home has beautiful views of the mountains from both sides, plus it’s only steps away from and overlooks a sizable pool which are surrounded by swaying palm trees that are softly lit up at night. While you may be tempted to work from one of the balconies using the WiFi, we hope you’ll bring your swimsuit and a good book to relax by the pool under the palms, unplug and get away from it all. Community BBQs, laundry rooms, and tennis courts are also on site for your use and enjoyment.
Whether you're planning to spend your days lounging by the pool or shopping and dining downtown, you'll delight in having this comfortable condo as your home base. There are two balconies - one in front with a view of the pool terrace and one off the primary bedroom suite with gorgeous views of the mountains. Inside, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, large windows, and a carpeted living room with leather furnishings and a streaming-equipped flatscreen TV. The adjacent kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher), while the window-side dining table has seats for four. Additional amenities include en suite bathrooms and free WiFi throughout the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
