Lovely and charming OCEANFRONT single family home with 7 beds and 5 baths offering great gathering areas to make those beach vacations memorable.. Huge chefs kitchen with lots of new quartz counters and well equipped with new cookware ! This kitchen is big enough for all the cooks to work together ! The living area boasts a new sectional , additional couch and two comfy chairs while conversing or watching a favorite show. The round table easily sits 12-14 and there is additional bar and table settings. Views to the horizon. All while watching the waves wash up on the quiet and serene beach . Keep an eye out for frolicking dolphins along the shoreline. This home allows for your dog to join your family for an additional pet fee and rules to follow. We love our dogs ! Let's not forget our favorite part, the large oceanfront covered porch featuring endless Atlantic views! Downstairs is an additional living area with king bed , living space, kitchen and bath, perfect for those that want to join but need their space or are stair challenged ! Also, there is a nice entertaining space below and two outdoor showers! Two washer and dryers . New linens with duvets make this a clean choice for your family . Beds are as follows : 2 kings ( one upstairs and one in Mother in law quarters ) , 4 queens , 1 double and twin bunk beds . The Mother in law quarters is downstairs and has own king bedroom (7th bedroom) and kitchen, and owned keyed entrance. New owners and rental 2022! Sunday to Sunday prime season.

Beautiful ocean front beach house

Beautiful sunrises and awesome sunsets! Enjoyed daily walks on the beach and a comfortable beach house to share quality time with. Would rent again!

Great place to stay

My family of 13 scattered over half of USA, needed to get together since it had been several years, so we did so at this beach cottage. A wonderful place with plenty of room to socialize and the view of the ocean was perfect. Good choice

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving with family is always a wonderful occasion, and this location was the perfect setting to share a memorable meal together. With its spacious seating area, everyone had ample room to gather and enjoy the festivities. Not to mention, the breathtaking view of the ocean and the close proximity to the shoreline made it an idyllic backdrop for our Thanksgiving celebration.

What A Blessing

This was absolutely PERFECT for our family of 10 and a baby! It was big enough that we all had our own personal space but small enough to accommodate all of us comfortably in the common kitchen-dining-family room space and porch! We all loved the large round kitchen table and lazy Susan. We gathered there for every thing from serious discussions, holiday planning, card games, family meals and a birthday celebration! So many memories were made around it! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed and plenty of refrigerator space for all of our meal prepping. The ocean view and beach access was incredible and extremely convenient. We enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets from our rocking chairs on the porch! It truly lives up to its name, "Beach Blessing"!

Perfect Oceanfront House

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was clean and the rooms were exactly as advertised. Everyone enjoyed the beach and all the amenities that were available for our usage. Will rent again the next time we visit Morehead City and surrounding areas. We highly recommend staying here.

My Son’s Wedding

The family stayed here for the weekend of my son’s wedding. The groom took the downstairs apartment so he could have some quiet time prior to the big event which was perfect. The rest of the family was upstairs enjoying the view and being together. The house was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped although we did very little cooking. We stayed several days after the wedding and enjoyed relaxing on the beach. I would stay here again.

Family wedding/vacation

Perfect location. So nice to walk 25 yards from porch to ocean. Plenty of space for our family of 11, nice kitchen, outdoor showers great. We arrived right after a major storm, the home has some moisture problems. We would definitely stay at this property again

Great Times

Our group, which ranged in ages from 11 to 72, had a great time. The beach location was one of the best we have ever had. While the house could use a few updates, it was great overall. Management was very easy to work with.

Family vacation 2024

The bedrooms were wonderful. The layout was beautiful. The appliances were very current. The decor was very appropriate for a beach house. The house came and supplied with dishes, condiments, and pots and pans. They had beach chairs available, beach toys available, boogie boards, which made it great for the family. The outdoor showers were perfect to get off the sand and salt water. We highly recommend this house!

Much needed respite

Booked very last minute as we were coming due to my mother passing. Wanted to bring our dog but didn’t want to be underfoot at anyone’s house. Booking was easy, owner response was immediate. Beach is usually my happy place but this time it was peaceful respite during a sad and tumultuous time. House is great and that back deck was the best place to be morning, noon or night.

Great Space, Wonderful Location

House has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and nice common space. Mother-in-law suite is very nice and private. Beach is beautiful and easily accessible. We had a great time!

Family Fishing Trip

The epitome of a charming beach cottage

My family had such a great time at this charming beach cottage. We loved the stunning view of the ocean and watching the sun rise and set. We also very much appreciated the open, communal living space. The hosts were great to work with and very responsive. Allowing pets is a huge bonus!

Common areas and views are highlights!

Overall it was a great house with a comfortable great room and dining table for 12. Well appointed kitchen, and having the downstairs kitchen to total 3 ovens and 3 refrigerators made prepping Thanksgiving a breeze! The covered porch is deep enough for all to hang out and enjoy the lovely and expansive views of the ocean. It needs to be said that the bedrooms and bathrooms are VERY tight in size, and the bathrooms/showers are not only tiny, but also dated. The downstairs in law suite can ONLY be accessed from the outside. It is not connected to the upstairs inside.

October family get-together

Our group had a wonderful week at this cottage. There are so many good things about it I will probably forget to mention some of them. The kitchen and living room space were the perfect size and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed to cook lots of big meals. Great views through the large windows with spectacular sunrises and sunsets, quite a few dolphins and lots of birds. The outside showers were great as were the abundant chairs, beach toys and boogie boards available. The downstairs mother-in-law suite was nicer and larger than expected and having two washer-dryers was helpful. The two front bedrooms upstairs were pretty small and didn't have closets or much space for a suitcase but the views were good and it was better to have a large living room so we didn't mind too much. We would definitely stay here again.
