This home is 3 blocks from Mayo Clinic Campus and the Gonda building. Features include a king sized master bed and 3 additional queen size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. There is off street parking along with on site laundry. 2 main floor beds and bathrooms. Also a large walk out deck from the dining area. Free high speed internet and 2 smart tv’s are included.

My Family and I live in the neighborhood. We work at Mayo clinic and love the proximity and being able to walk to work!
Why they chose this property
This is a very spacious home located just a few blocks from Mayo Campus. It's a great house for families to have their own space and individual bathrooms. The house has a large kitchen/dining area, 2 living rooms spaces, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with walk in showers.
