A Few of Our Policies that are Strictly Enforced : Minimum Age: Minimum age to Reserve is 25. One adult 25 or older is required per stay for every 3 minors. No parties or underage drinking is allowed.

Bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, pack n plays and baby gear is complimentary. LUXE 30A does not guarantee these items are included or in perfect working order for your stay and they are not a part of the rental agreement for the property.

Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Please be mindful of noise levels to respect the surrounding residents/guests.
