Hidden between the preserves of the Point Washington State Forest and the Watercolor Beach Resort lay 30A’s newest gem, NatureWalk. A 155 acre master planned resort community built to enhance your vacation experience and rejuvenate the soul and spirit. Surrounded by the area’s natural beauty and abundant nature trails, NatureWalk, invokes a sense of sanctuary and tranquility in all of its guests. The community is within biking distance of our famous sugar white sand beaches and within steps of all the dining, shopping, and fitness options located at WaterColor Crossing (including a Publix). At the heart of NatureWalk is “The Gathering Place”, a vacationer’s wonderland complete with 2 pools, hot tubs, fire pit & hammocks.

A Few of Our Policies that are Strictly Enforced : Minimum Age: Minimum age to Reserve is 25. One adult 25 or older is required to be staying at our home for every 3 minors. No parties or underage drinking is allowed.

Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Liberty Point. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, pack n plays and baby gear is complimentary. LUXE 30A does not guarantee these items are included or in perfect working order for your stay and they are not a part of the rental agreement for the property.

NatureWalk is a separate neighborhood and not a part of Watercolor. You will not have access to Watercolor amenities.

Golf Carts:

We are so excited to have you come enjoy our wonderful beach home! This is a golf cart friendly area. We highly recommend you look into renting with our preferred providers (LUXE 30A has the info) to enjoy during your stay.

You will also see when you arrive that our owner's golf cart is in the driveway. Unfortunately our insurance provider does not let us rent out (and we don't have a garage). There is still plenty of room for a cart and two cars.

Also, keep in mind that down here golf carts are actually road ready LSVs. That means regular car rules apply (must have a driver's license to operate, etc). Sometimes young kids think they can drive them but alas no...but good news the beach and pool are certainly kid-approved:)
